A reporter jostles through the crowd amidst flickering flashbulbs. She holds up her microphone to the Colonel.

"Colonel McHenery! are the rumours that your Riot Squad shot over 400 innocent Wrigleyivian civilians, some whilst surrendering?"

"Is it true that your forces executed unarmed and surrendering Wrigleyivian civilians? Aid workers have reported seeing up to 20 people seemingly lined up against a wall and shot, was this carried out under your orders?"

Colonel McHenery! What about the rumours of threats to use force to obtain entry to the Falcanian Military Base Camp Patience? Are they true? Colonel McHenery?

"Those men were acting under orders from the government who asked for help. They said Put down the crowd, but did not give any guidelines. They did indeed put down the crowd. They are now under my command, but were not at the time. We have the right to that compound, being that we, not them put down the crowd."
