OOC: I played HALO2 and thought this would actually be a good idea, on a more powerful scale, must go back to XBOX live but I will post more info later

Today the Military Of the ECF is annoucing the System Defense Project.
Details are skecty as of now.
But it will defend the Homeworld of the ECF. Over *classified number* stations, each with Starbase sheilding and Phaser weapons will be placed around the system.
The stations will be armed with anti battle ship MAC Guns, *classified*
The Cost is estiamted at over 23 trillion Dollars, more will be realsed as the goverment tells us,
