The NMPA is offering small nations (That is with populations under 15 million) the chance to earn some easy money in return for a small favour that requires extreme discretion.

Under new taxing laws in the countries NMPA is currently based in, the Directors have decided to transfer the organisation's funds to accounts in up to three small nations as these taxes will no longer apply.

Needless to say the NMPA nations involved will not be mentioned, but all participating nations will recieve payment of 10% of each of the amounts we wish to transfer - namely a sum of $1,000,000,000 for this simple favour.

These new guidelines come into place later today. If the NMPA is still found to be in breach, the consequences will be most undesirable.

Please, to maximise the chances of transactions being successful, make your responses as rapid as possible. The longer these lines are open, the more likely it becomes that this little heist will be discovered.

Can no-one help us?

At a stretch the upper limit for the size of participating nations can be raised to 25 million. However any higher and the operation becomes highly illegal - if much more lucrative.

Brooker smiled as he watched the Chopper land.

An aide came up to him, grabbed him by the shoulder and started shouting:

"Brooker, sir! There's just been a bomb attack on the NFMA HQ! Was Valychev supposed to do this?!? Around 30 have died sir, all NFMA members!"

"Oh, yes, that. Valychev was supposed to do that buisness, but do not worry. Soon the Socialists will be destroyed."

The Chopper landed on the Helipad, and out jumped some NMPA representatives.

"Welcome, shall we go to the Bank? My superiors have arranged the National Bank of Rawlania downtown to be used."

Michael Quinn and John Cleod jumped from the chopper and were greeted by the Rawlanian representatives. Quinn took charge quickly, not giving his younger associate time to reply to the man who had addressed them.

"Thanks, let's get going." His voice was crisp and clear, the kind of person that only the strong of constitution would bother to argue with.

"Is the journey long?" he asked as they walked towards the cars.

NMPA is not my main nation, it is an organisation based within my nation.

Even a new nation (which mine is not) has a budget of around $10 billion - $3 billion really isn't so much, depending on the timescale we're talking about.

Thanks for your feedback anyway, I might need to clarify exactly what NMPA is.
