The Macabee Empire has announced its willingness to purchase mass amounts of several types of natural resources that are essential to its war machine:

Raw Oil: Until most of our military converts to hydrogen fuel cells, which is still under research and developement in conjunction with Honda, we are looking for a plentiful source of oil. Our own stocks, located in Freemantia, are already gouged after decades of large scale wars and small military operations. In any case, our Freemantian stock was extremely small. We are looking for further sources in a target called Dnever, however, until Dnever falls, we still need a source. We are willing to purchase at a price of $35 USD, however, we are open to competition between different markets - may the best price win.

Nickel: Although the Macabee Empire has plentiful stocks of aluminun we are under heavy need for nickel sources. Many of our weapons are built of NiAl, a nickel based superalloy, and to further mass production of these items we are in need of the element. We are open to compition for pricing.

Wheat: With our recent reaching of a population of three billion we are in dire need of more foodstuff, wheat being one of them. Our major agricultural sysmtes revolve around barley, grapes, olives, plus other edible foodstuff - however, we lack major production in the major one, wheat - which we need for our bread, cereal and dozens of other consumer productions. We are looking at about $20 USD per bushel.

This is all the Macabee government has openely expressed a need for, however, should more be needed we will not be closed about our wants.

We also currently have 10,000 tonnes spare export produciton of Nickel per year. We would sell to you at $9,000 per tonne.

Since you are RWC we are ameniable to a 5% discount on this.

The Grand Duchy of Apollina can supply The Macabees with wheat. We currently have up to 120 metric tonnes for export per year, at $125 per tonne. Unfortunatly we have no oil or nickel but do have copper and copper ores; also our iron and steel industries are ever expanding in their export capacity.

The Macabee Empire is pleased to announce that we would be happy to form a trade agreement with the Merchant Guild over oil, and nickel. There is no need for the 5% discount, your prices are already cheap enough :-P.

So, in that case, for the 2 million barrels of oil a year we will pay a total of 46,000,000 USD a year (46 million) and for the nickel we will purchase ten thousand tonnes of Nickel a year for 90,000,000 (90 million)...for a total coming to 136 million USD annually.

The Macabee Empire is further happy that the RWC has formed some sort of deduction of trade, which will further inspire unity in the alliance.

Our current steel export price is at about $375 per tonne. Apollina has the capacity to export up tp 200 metric tonnes per year.

As for the wheat, this will be delivered by Apollinan Cargo planes throughout the year on a sceduale (sp?) that can be mutually agreed.

Though Hrstrovokia is self-sufficient in Cereal production, we would prefer to supply it to a nation whose intention's are less belligerent than the one presently seeking to acquire them.

We mine vast amouts of nickel a year, which goes to aid our war machine. But we always have a few hundred tons left over each year. This has accumulated, and now we have almost 100,000 tons to spare. We will offer you all of this for 824,000,000 dollars. Or, if you would like less than that, we'll sell it at 8,500 dollars per ton.

We also have some excess uranium, if you would like to buy it. We'll send 68 tons to you, if you are willing to pay 125,000,000 dollars for it.

The Dumpsterdanian Empire can certainly match the price made by the Merchant Guilds and to deter competition we will set our price at 23$ for up to 5 million barrels a year. Also, 3000 metric tonnes of steel can exported to the Macabees at 225$ per metric tonne. However, if we are to increase our oil exports with your nation over a hundred fold we will need to be assured that there will adequate protection of our workforce and transports. If you cannot provide in this we will be happy to do it ourselfs.

OOC: I do not know, I looked up current steel prices and they are about $400 per tonne and that does seem low.

EDIT - ok 5000 tonnes perhaps, per year I can export, looking at various RL nations.

Apollina: Even at 400 USD (which I am willing to pay) it comes out to 800,000 USD.

Dumpsterdam: We will purchase your 5 million barrels, on top of Merchant's barrels (I'll be purchasing from both of you)... we will pay the full price. (Too lazy to compute.) We can have our merchants pick up the oil (this provides my merchants to also sell their stuff at the local level).

Comatica: I'll take the full price. (I can use the full stock, even though its only a one time deal..hehe.)

It sounds low..but if that's what it costs..that's what it costs..perhaps its the fact that the amount of steel I'm purchasing is too low.... I have no clue how much metric tonnes of steel transform into in terms of military machinery.
