Venue needed for Unnamed Left-Wing Alliance/LWC meetings!

We need a venue for the peace treaties, mutual attack declarations and the like. These will be placed into a rota. Random Kingdom, to start the ball rolling, offers to construct a purpose-built conference centre for the meetings. It will be in the capital of Confusion City, will have a budget of roughly $500m, and will be constructed, if accepted, in 4-5 NS years. It will feature a major auditorium, a senate with places for 36 delegates, 3 separate conference rooms, quarters for 12 persons (in case a delegate can't find accommodation) and a helipad. It will be constructed near the Kingdom Aviatary airport, but just out of earshot, and a private terminal will be constructed and linked to the senate.
Ashibot offers the Great Hall of Draventarden, an astounding example of Ashibotan architecture. It is near the major airport at Rial and has a large selection of excellent restaurants.
Another suggestion is that instead of 1 fixed venue we have a kind of rota between all member nations

Very good idea. The poll will now not take place, instead, a rota will be drawn up. But how? Should it be another first come, first served affair with the first suggestion being used first? If so, I will volunteer to go last, as Random Kingdom going first would be kinda unfair. Besides, my proposed venue won't be completed for another 4 RL days...
(If a venue in RK is needed before then, we could always use the current conference centre in the capital as a compromise.)

Also, wouldn't it be better if someone made a seperate message board for members to post things like this on?
Red Wales would like to offer The Grand Conference hall of The Univerisity of Wales in Cardiff. it should have enough seats to host such an event somepoint during the rota.
