IC: The Imperial Navy is pleased to announce His royal highness Emperor Daniel Marshall I of The Imperial Navy is set to wed her royal highness Emperess Teodora I of the Valuan Empire.
There is much rejoycing, and celebrations are being held to mark the engagement. This union will also link the two nations as one, opening new trade possibilities, military equiptment, and allies.
Emperess Teodora I will continue to govern the main aspects of The Valuan Empire, as will our Beloved Emperor continue with The Imperial Navy. However, The Valuan Empire has agreed to begin following Imperial Law. May an erra of peace fall upon both beloved nations.
