Due to several intercepted transmissions between nations in the region of Zyzox IV, the coalition of Shinbreakers, Garatheusricharius, Fermanagh1 and selcted allied states have declared war on Zyzox IV. Military sections from each nation are mobilising and preparing to move out. The Holy Empire of Shinbreakers are acting as the delegate for this coalition, and await response from the targeted region.

We take it from the silence of those nations of Zyzox IV that you are not prepared to negotiate with us. You have 48 hours to respond, or military may become a necessity. We will be willing to accept an non-forceful solution to our differences. You have 48 hours.

I have sent a warning and an offer to The Imperial Funnydom of Maniaca. They are now aware of the impending military threat. Be prepared, be warned before you decide to take this step. Especially with such a young country.

You folks aren't real bright are you. I've had three billion population since before you had five million. You think you have more friends than me? Now I'm part of an organization...I don't know if you've heard it or not so I won't mention it here(prepares to be called a bluffer), but in fact, I don't believe they would be in favor of a counter strike. I do however, have some friends in the invader game that might be looking for a job. I'll let you know how negotiations go.

I am almost laughing at the threat now that The Imperial Funnydom of Maniaca has recieved. My intel report only reports a combined population of 145 million people of the counties The Holy Empire of Shinbreakers, The Holy Empire of Garatheusricharius, and The United Socialist States of Sovieten (this litlle country has 8 million) My offer of services will stand as long as there is a threat as pathetic as it is but I don't think a great nation the size of The Imperial Funnydom of Maniaca with 3.593 billion people will need help from me. But Kluzbekistan on its own will offer almost 700 million and The Greater empire of Kluz has over 700 million. It appears to be simple math here. Lets talk these young one down.

OOC: I'm with you...as soon as I figure out what kind of war this is. As far as I can tell....it is a combination region crash-RP war using OOC reasons. If one of the members of this noob triumvirate would confirm this, the conflict can begin to end.

Just to confirm it Maniaca, all we wish is a formal apology from The Most Serene Republic Of Happy Nobodies, who in a telegram used foul and abusive language towards one of our fellow nations. This does not need to come to military conflict, we are merely defending our friend's honour. :mad: We await an apology.

"Shinbreakers, a leading general in this "war," has said that Happy nobodies, a Zyzox IV native, sent one of their buddies an abusive telegram. They want a formal apology from Happy nobodies, and the conflict (RP style) will end. If not, we will war. However I doubt the sincerity of this cause for war, seeing as how the message posted in that region's message board is this:

'The Small region of Sweaty Dwarfs has officially declared war on Zyzox IV. Read all about it in the forums. They suck so much. In fact they have been invaded 3 times already, and still don't know how to put a password on their region. Support our region in this glorious invasion! Long live us, who will make these fags pay for their fagginess! And they can't spell.'

Nothing about an abusive telegram. Apparently they only want to go to war with us because we "suck so much." Tell me either here or through TG whether Happy Nobodies should apologize, or we and an ally pound these doofuses into the ground. I'll give you a link to the forum thread soon."

This is what I have posted in my region's civil Headquarters. Do you mind explaining why DAcid (who I believe is from the region you came from no? Unless you guys are just nomads who declare war on us after arriving from the region that has declared war on us) apparently declared war on us because we "suck so much" and not that Happy nobodies sent his buddy an abusive telegram?

Today, disturbing neys has reached us. Apperently, Shinbreakers, Garatheusricharius, Fermanagh1 has decided to overthrow the peace in the region by declaring war upon the independent state of Zyzox IV.
As i speak, our military forces is preparing to mount a stratecig assault upon the attackers.

This is a question of personal honour on behalf of a friend, and we have already stated that we have removed our forces from the region of Zyzox IV. As for the comments by DAcid, i have wired Maniaca a TG explaining his comments, and how they do not represent the views of the coalition. We ask you to stand down your military alert and allow the conflict to be resolved between the nations involved.

OOC: If you had looked at my nation alone, you will see my economy as 'Powerhouse' and will also notice that military service is compulsory, children are raised from birth in the military, and a large proportion of government funding goes into the Shinbreaker military, so how can your formula realistically apply in this situation?

OOC: I won't get into a big discussion about RP etiquette here, but remember that 5% is a very high number for military, even in times of war. It is usually the very, very maximum number allowed in RPs. And remember Shinbreakers, although compulsory military service and a military background are boosters, they still don't actually make your military 100% of your pop. Remember you still need people to pick up garbage. In your situation, Shinbreakers, according to what you have said(I haven't actually examined your page), I would say your military would be about 4-4.5%. I won't nitpick though, if you want to use more, if Vestern States is going to use 5%. If this conflict comes to pass. And let me give you this: If Vestern States attacks you, and I'm suggesting he does not, I will not join him. That would just be overkill.

I'm talking with my region, relaying them information and whatnot. Anything you'd like to know that I can tell you, just let me know. Right now Happy nobodies has not responded to the messages on the civil Headquarters. I ought to telegram him...but something tells me that wouldn't be a good idea. He might just want to communicate through me through telegrams...and that would serve nobody.

Fermanagh1 has sent me an interesting telegram, which I don't believe I'm interpreting to the fullest extent, you might like to see it.

Vestern States can`t allow this conflict to rage on.
The peolpe of Vestern States has one thing i common, and that is the preserving of peace. Also, Vestern States is preparing to enter the Confligt as a "Wall" between the sides.
Our ineresst is ONLY the preserving of peace.
I hope you understand that.
Therefore, we will invite both sides to negotiations.

My forces will maintain it`s corrent level of althness until the cinflict either turn into full-scale war OR the sides agree over a truce or seize-fire.

There's really nothing to investigate. It's just a question of whether or not Happy nobodies will apologize or not. And for such a simple question we've been waiting quite a long time for the answer....

It's your call Vestern States. My advice would be to stay out of it, but it's your call. I'll try and contact Happy nobodies. I am getting awful tired of this back-and-forth speak, and really want the issue resolved, one way or another.
