Paramount Court issues death warrant for The Red Altarboy
Recently, a male vigilante has appeared in New Gnijieb, our national capital. This individual has demonstrated some unusual powers. Including superhuman strength and reactions rapid enough to evade supersonic projectiles. This individual is always seen in a high-tech red armor suit of unknown origin, and has access to automatic weapons. Due to his evasive nature our law enforcement agencies have not been able to obtain his personal identity. The press media in JiangGuo has dubbed him the 'Red Altarboy'.
The National Government of JiangGuo condemns virgilantee behavior by any private citizen. Until recently, we have tolerated his behavior. However, last Tuesday, he brutally and publically slain a high-profile corporate executive on his way to work. The Red Altarboy is now a wanted man for murder.
While here in the Corporate Dominion of JiangGuo we have very capable police, military and internal intelligence services. They have failed to arrest or detain the Red Altarboy after a series of encounters. The decision by our Dominion Paramount Court has issued a directive allowing the legal killing of this individual within the Dominion.
