August 28, 2003 the war began anew.
It is now November 2004, the Empire has been ousted from the capital due to insurgents aided by Baltimorea. The Empire is on the run ... but they are still a wounded tiger ... but with one claw left. "Out of the flame, as One".
Baltimorea is landing a new offensive now ... what should the Emperor do?!?
