Earlier today a group of militants from the Caldaron Soviet Protectorate of Muniz stormed a Soviet Army outpost in the northern part of the state. While the main reasons remain unclear due to the Soviet Intelligence Network's blackout there, it is suspected that they were a number of the poor population there.
The group were armed with military grade hardware, but the source is as of yet unknown to us.
SIN is interrogating the members at this time. The Magistrate of Muniz ordered martial law to be enforced by the Caldaron Soviet Marines. All scheduled transports into and out of Muniz have been suspended until TranSovietAir (TSA) has been green lighted to continue.
The Premier has yet to make a statement on this.
