Reichsburg International Starport
Reichsburg, Reichstopia, UIC -- 14:00 hrs

Hans walked into the terminal. He looked slightly nervous. Luckily it wasn't overly noticeable. He didn't need his cover blown. He stopped and looked around, the terminal was packed and there were several Crossmanian soldiers posted throughout the terminal. It was getting close to the holidays and more and more people were travelling throughout the Imperium, the perfect time for his plan. He then looked for the nearest restroom and walked over to it calmly. Once inside the a stall he opened his backpack, inside was his "package". The cold metal gleamed in the restroom light. He had built the bomb several weeks before with material stolen from the military by members of Hans' group within the Crossmanian military itself. The Imperium would never see it coming. He flicked the arming switch then closed the backpack. He then left the restroom and returned to the terminal. He headed towards the concourse where he be "departing" from.

The line for the security check was incredibly long, people everwhere voiced their displeasure at being stuck in such a crowded place for so long. Hans couldn't have been happier. The line slowly dwindled and it was his turn to go through the security check point.

"Sir, please put your bag on the conveyor and step through the metal detector.", a guard asked.

He walked through and the alarm went off. At the same time the guard working the x-ray conveyor yelled, "Franz! Arrest him!"

Hans wiped around and saluted. "Reichstopia erwache!", he shouted then reached in his pocket and his the detonator.

The explosion ripped though the concourse and terminal. The plan had gone perfectly. Hans' last thought was that he hoped the others would do as well as he had.


Urbana, Urbanopolis Prime, UIC -- 14:01 hrs

The squadron of 4 Vampire fighters flew high above the capital of Urbanopolis. Even from this height the massive metropolis of Urbana was imposing. The fighters were on a routine patrol, they didn't expect anything out of the ordinary. Or so they thought.

Major Frederick Jeager, the squadron leader looked at his watch. 14:01 hrs. Damn, he thought to himself. I'm a minute late. He had to make up for lost time. He activated his commlink, "Alpha squadron, lets return to base."

Alpha 3 replied, "But sir, we haven't finished our patrol."

"That's an order Alpha 3.", Jeager snapped back.

"Roger that Alpha 1", the rest of squadron replied.

As the 4 fighters began to head back Jeager's fighter suddenly did a nose dive toward Urbana.

"Alpha 4 to Alpha 1, sir, what are you doing?"

"Alpha 4, I'm fine, just a little engine trouble.", Jeager replied. "Don't worry about it."

Just then Jeager opened fire on the city. His lasers cutting into the sides of the massive skyscrapers.

"Alpha 2 to Alpha 1, sir, what the hell are you doing? Disengage!"

Jeager laughed, "That's a negative Alpha 2. There's work to be done."

"Alpha 2 to Alpha 3 and 4, intercept Alpha 1. Bring him down!"

The 3 fighters swooped down after thier crazed leader.

"This is Alpha 4, I can't get a lock, I'll hit the buildings."

Jeager's fighter continued raining death down upon the city as his wingmen desperately tried to catch him. Jeager armed his 6 Hellstrike missiles as he approached the system capitol building. He fired and the building erupted scattering debris, the ball of flames damaging the nearby buildings. Jeager continued his rampage until the missile lock alarm sounded.

"Alpha 2 to Alpha 1, stand down Major."

Jeager replied, "Reichstopia erwache!"
Jeager's fighter then turned sharply and crashed head on into one of the large skyscrapers. Flames leaped from the building and toar through several stories.

"Oh my God!", yelled Alpha 3 over the commlink.

"This is Alpha 2, lets head back to base."

Imperial Palace
Crossman City, Crossmanus Prime, UIC -- 14:15 hrs

The press room was filled with media from across the Imperium and other nations. They were all there to hear the Emperor speak about the horrible attacks that had recently taken place in the Imperium. The door in the corner to the left of the press opened and two Imperial Guards walked out, followed by the Emperor. He stepped up to the podium.

The Crossmanians in the room shouted and saluted in unison.
"Hail Crossman!"

The Emperor returned the salute. His face filled with a mixture of anger and confusion. The room grew quiet as Emperor Crossman began to speak.

"My fellow Crossmanians, today at 2:00 PM, terrorists struck on Reichstopia and Urbanopolis. The group claims to be the Reichstopian People's Liberation Army. For many years we have been combatting them; trying to stop them from thier plans to take over Reichstopia and wage war on the Imperium. Many years ago they nearly succeeded in this and attempted to secede Reichstopia from the Imperium. But they failed. The forces of Crossman prevailed. They went into hiding. Now we see that they have returned and wish to finish what we stopped them from doing last time. I fear they may try harder this time. We will not let them succeed. We will not let them get as far as they did last time. We will seek them out and destroy them completely. Mark my words, the United Imperium of Crossman does not bow to terrorists. I have my faith the all Crossmanians will stand together against this menace."

The Emperor was cut off by the sound of a large explosion. The room shook and the lights flickered. Several people screamed.

"What the hell is going on?", demanded the Emperor.

An Imperial Guard ran in from outside the room. He was covered in dust and bleeding from a large cut on his arm. "Your Excellency, one of them tried to enter the palace, but he detonated his bomb at the entrance. We've got to move you to a secure location."

Hate surged through the Emperor. These worthless terrorists had dared to strike the Imperial Palace. He looked to a cameraman who was picking his camera up. "You. Is that camera still transmitting?"

"Yes, your Excellency."

"Keep it running", he turned to a Guard. "Help him get that camera back up."

"But Emperor!"

"Do it! I will not leave my home yet!"

The Imperial Guard helped the cameraman set the camera back up. The cameraman aimed it back at the Emperor.

Crossman continued to speak. "My fellow Crossmanians, the terrorist scum has attempted to attack me personally, but they have failed. Let us pray for all whom have died today. Hail all Crossmanians!"

The Emperor's guard finally coersed him to leave. As the Emperor left the room he pointed to one of the Guard captains. "Make sure all the injured get medical attention as soon as possible. And search the area for anymore of the scum."

"At once My Emperor!"

New Trenton, Alpha Centauri, The Fedral Union -- 14:20 hrs

The shuttle shook as the engines engaged. The captain's voice came over the intercom. "This is your captain speaking. Welcome aboard Crossman Starlines Flight 1985 from Alpha Centauri to Crossmantica. We'll be pulling away from the concourse in just a few minutes, so I'll be turning on the seat belt light. On behalf of the crew I'd like to thank you for flying Crossman Starlines."

Rudolph had just settled into his seat. He knew what he had to do and was ready. He put his hand into his pocket and... the detonator wasn't there! He looked about frantically. A flight attendant walked past him and stopped. She reached down and picked up a small metallic device. Sh stood and looked at Rudolph.

"Excuse sir. Is this yours?", she asked showing him the detonator.

He jumped from his seat and knocked her to the floor.
"Give me that!", he yelled.

A man nearby saw it and yelled, "He's got a bomb!"

A man got up to tackle Rudolph. He heatbutted him. Rudolph fell the the floor and dropped the detonator.

The man yelled,"Hold him down, I've got it!"

Another man went to hold down Rudolph but he was unable to overpower him. Rudolph punched the man in the face knocking him against an armrest. Rudolph dove for the man with the detonator. The two men fell to the floor and began to wrestle for the detonator. People continued screaming and yelling. Rudolph managed to get the detonator, then yelled, "Reichstopia erwache!"

The shuttle erupted in a massive ball of flame, the explosion taking out several nearby shuttles and a large part of the concourse.

Burning debris lay everywhere and the remaining part of the concourse was ablaze.

With that three buildings were completely leveled ,two nearby fuel refineries were ablaze. People on the ground were running for there lives, sirens were echoing every where as the emergency personnel responded. Officers were running into buildings saving people or trying to.The nearby refinery’s had now started to cave in, as they did one of them exploded causing a massive shockwave, with the force almost equal to that of a fusion bomb. People were incinerated alive, who ever ran was mowed down and burnt to a crisp with in seconds. Hellish screams could be heard as objects, bodies and hover cars were flung across the city and in to other buildings.Flames roared every where as buildings caved in with the intense blast overhead, killing more people. Signs were completely buckled and mono rails were completely destroyed there were over 8,000 dead and countless others wounded after the explosion, people ran screaming from the hellish seen as flames ripped threw the city killing more as it consumed hellishly pristine buildings in its path.

14:25 hrs

To the fiend Crossman and his pathetic allies! For too long has Reichstopia been part of the so-called "United" Imperium of Crossman. Reichstopia deserves to set its own course and claim its rightful place in the galaxy! We refuse to stay under the thunb of Crossman and today we have shown what will happen to those who stand in our way. Do not attempt to stop us. Accept our demnds now or the attacks will continue! We have not yet begun to fight!

Crossmanian star destroyer ICS Bounty

Captain Winston lay dead on the floor of the bridge. Commander Jenson stood over him, LasPistol in hand. The crew on the bridge stared at Jenson, horrified at what they had just witnessed.

Jenson, looked at the communications officer, another member of the RPLA, "Fred, open the ship-wide comm."

"Aye Comman.... uh, captain."

Jenson smiled, "Crew of the Bounty this is Commander Jenson. Captain Winston has had an accident, I have assumed command if the ship. My first act as your new captain, I would like to inform you that this starship now belongs to the Reichstopian People's Liberation Army or navy as the case now is. I ask that you all cooperate. If not I ask that you leave the ship now, though your method of leaving will be chosen by me. That said, I will leave you all to continue your duty as usual. Jenson out." The channel closed.

Jenson turned to the helm officer, "Ensign Torres, what is the closest planet?"

"A Federal planet sir. Alpha Centauri."

Jenson smiled again. "Good. Set course for Alpha Centauri, ensign. If all has gone according to plan, they should still be reeling from that first attack."

The United Imperium thanks you. We can use any medical aid you may be able to send. Also, we ask that you keep a close eye on your borders, we don't know how many places they may attack. The RPLA has in the past shown that they will do almost anything to get their point across.

Mean wile only 8 ships were around alpha centauri the government had sent medical ships and supplies to help the colony from the attack

14:45 hrs

Bridge, RPS (former ICS) Bounty en-route to Alpha Centauri

The comm officer called to Jenson, "Captain, we've recieved word from the star destroyers Dominant, Hyperion, and Vincennes. They are all safely in our hands. Also, 6 Tiger-class corvettes have fallen to us."

"Excellent. Send a message to them all. Remind them of the Reichsfuhrer's orders. Attack anyone deemed an enemy, be it Crossmanian or ally of Crossman. They are all our enemies."

"Aye sir."

"Helm, estimated time to Alpha Centauri?", Jenson asked.

"Roughly 20 minutes sir."

"Very well. Prepare all weapon systems and fighters.

RPS Hyperion

Captain Aldebert looked at star chart. Then pointed at a system.
"There!", he said. "That will be our attack. Helm, set course for Tenetia!"

"Aye sir!"

Commander Stewart looked at the chart. "That is in Coreworld space, sir."

Aldebert nodded. "That it is. And an friend of Crossman. Friends of Crossman are enemies of Reichstopia and will pay for assisting the damned Imperium."

"Very well sir."

Alpha Centauri, The Fedral Union

The Bounty dropped out of lightspeed close to the planet to take them by surprise. On the bridge, Jenson prepared his crew for battle.

Jenson sat in the coomand chair barking orders,"Red alert! All hands to battle stations! Enemy ships?"

"8 medical ships sir. Sensors show no signs of warships."

"Excellent.", Jenson said, grinning. "Open fire on those medical ships then prepare for orbital bombardment! Launch all fighters!"

The Bounty's heavy turbolasers and heavy Lance cannons opened up on the Federal ships, taking them completely off guard.

The first wave of 300 fighters swarmed from the ship's launch bays.

Terrorism had escalated to all out battle.

Crossmanian super star destroyer, ICS Ezriel's Lance - low orbit, Crossmanus I

The Emperor sat on the bridge of the Ezriel's Lance, where he had been looking over reports of the terrorist attacks. This was horrible. They had no idea that the RPLA was planning to come out of hiding. If they had only known.

After leaving the palace, the Emperor and his guards had taken a shuttle and came aboard the Ezriel's Lance, which then left Crossmanus Prime for the barren mining world of Crossmanus I. It seemed like the best place to go for now.

Lord Julius Tarkin, the Secretary of Defense came out of the lift and approached the Emperor. "Your Excellency, I have a troubling report."

"Oh, more good news?"

"I'm afraid so Emperor. 4 star destroyers and several corvettes have disappered."

"What?", the Emperor yelled. The bridge crew stopped and looked at the Emperor.

"We believe they may have fallen into the hands of the RPLA.", Tarkin replied hesitantly.

Crossman rose from his chair. "Find them!!!", he yelled. Everyone on the bridge flinched. "I want every single one of those bastards found and executed! But when we find Hess. I want him to get 'special' treatment."

"Yes, Your Excellency.", Tarkin replied, then headed baxk to the lift.

The crewmen turned back to their consols.

As soon as the enemy ships a defense force of 25 star ships bolted from behind the local star 10 defense plat forms opened up 10 torpedo turrent’s also opened up the near by star base (looks like DS 9) opened up its defenses with that ships bolted towards the enemy fleet and phaser torrents began firing rapid fire pulses of energy was streaming from all the turrent’s torpedoes one after another were pouring out of the torpedo turrent’s wile the star bases was continuing to fire every thing it had.
The planets planetary shields were down for major maintenance overhauls it was open for bombardment . 2 medical ships were completely pummeled

"Inncrease power to the sheilds!", yelled Jenson. "Divert turbolaser and Lance batteries to the incoming ships and that station. Launch a full spread of torpedoes at the planet. Arm all anti-ship missiles!"

The fighters continued to assault the medical ships, but began to move towards the more important targets of the newly arrived warships.

Point defenses activated phaser and laser beams streamed from the planet as the torpedo flew towards the planet a few of them hit destroying 4 city blocks in the city of new Athens the stations shields were reduced by 29 % mean wile defensive platforms and ships continued to fire phasers and torpedoes streamed out of ships plat forms the planet and the star base casualties in the hundreds were Bering reported on the surface Fighters were launched from the surface and asteroid bases they began to scream over to the enemy fighters in formation they started to fire of plasma weapon ZPE weapons missiles and phasers the night sky over the planet was light up with magnificent lights but deadly ones at that fires were burring all over the planet some cities were severally damaged
