Skaven Blight is spreading faster transportation. I want railways, they have to be able to transport large industrial tractors, preferably underground. All materials, extra labor, and protection will be provided by me.

¼ sent at middle

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Republic would liek to open relations but we can not do so until we ahve an accurate picture of your nation and its practices. We note you stated underground as your requirements, since our nation exists primarily a mile below the earths surface, we have much expertise in such matters. We have a large scale extensive underground bullet train, industrial movement train and light railway network in our nation. We would be willing to construct it for you.

However to provide an estimate in time and cost to yourselves we need to know the scale of the network you require.

As for insight into government and practices, it is generally simple.

1-Assassination is accepted (and respected) way for advancement
2-Don’t challenge the council or grey seers
3-Life is cheap

That would be a brief generalization.

Well, you didn't really answer my question as to the scale of the thing, I mean what exactly do you want? Might want to reply IC for that :)

OOC: Yep, I got a bunch of skaven players off of gamesworkshop to, but they seem inresponsive “grumbling”

IC: Skaven blight put together is probably about half of Russia(in the USSR height)

What I want, is just a vast network of rail ways(so, lots and lots and lots of miles of railroad), no pattern is need, just a lot of them all culminating into the city called “Skavenblight” which is in the dead center. Underground is wanted where possible, but is not necessary.
