I come to you on behalf of my region, United Iraq. Basically, I am recruiting people. I recruit people that are new to the game, and people that are experienced in the game. I am also a top member of another region-invading state. Our purpose is to climb up the ranking ladder all the way to the top. But, to be able to do this, we need soldiers.
