Kahta City (AP)-- Recent census date has shown that Africans have been flowing into Caelta, at more than 15 times the rate of white growth. As a result, the colony is now 45% black. White emmigration has also gone up at the same time, resulting in what several military officials call "A dangerous situation". The blacks that move there, are largely exiles of crime from other countries, according to General Ian Badum, the commander of Kahtan forces at the colony. A disturbing trend, according to many around the island, is the crime increase of up to 75% in many parts of the country. This crime is causing many whites to leave, for they just don't feel safe anymore.

--6 weeks later--

Kahta City (AP)-- General Ian Badum was killed today by a mob of illegal aliens. His car was surrounded, by 500 blacks, tipped over, and then the windows were broken, he was pulled out, and beat with sticks. Crowds of blacks took to the streets, chanting "overthrow the white devils". It is believed that many of these immigrants are taking advantage of massive social programs in Kahta, and faking citzenship on the colony. Blacks are forbidden to live on the mainland per Imperial Decree #3, from Queen Fabus, banning all people of african descent.

If you wish we can send in a couple of motorized SS divisions to help you solve the problem. Only at your request though, we're not interested in invading.

-- 4 weeks after Badums death--

Kahta City (AP)-- The government of Kahta today, issued a mandatory evacuation notice for all whites to leave Caelta. Military units sent to control racial tensions have been facing RPG, small arms, mine, and riots against the "white devils". So far, 320 soldiers have died, and 4,200 have been injured. There have been attacks against white settlements throughout the country, at least 500 have been killed, possibly more.

Government forces today announced that they had pulled all willing whites out of Caelta, and they were withdrawing to coastal areas. It appears that the rebels have been supplied with weapons. Government forces took small arms fire from American built M-60's, and Russian built RPG's.

Kahta City (AP)-- Army units are preparing to retake Caelta through force. Currently in Caelta are 105 million Africans, who have pillaged, raped, robbed, and destroyed the country. The military will be eradicating all the civillians from the country by force with all forces at their disposal. Defending Caelta are militia units armed with RPGs, and 1970s era weaponry. It is estimated that there are at least 5.5 million men in these militias possibly up to 10 million.
