With the upcoming need to update our Naval power, Blacktower has decided to hold an auction of some of our Fleet. Anyone can bid. Each bidding group will be bid on sepratley, however you may bid on more then one group at a time.

All Bidding groups will start with a 1 billion minimum bid. Bidding will cease this time tommorow (1 RL day)

Any of those carriers damaged? If they are fully repaired, I will bid 1 billion for all of the AIRCRAFT CARRIERS.

All ships that you destroyed are not on the list lol. And yes the rest have been fully repaired.

I shouldnt allow you to bid, being an enemy and all, but in the hopes of future peace, we shall allow it. Consider it a notion of good will.
