The Great Armed Republic of Nutropinia has decided to open up its border to all countries and start an embassy exchange program. Your country will recieve an embassy in the capital city of Injectopolis next to Dictator Paul 'The Mad' Silver's compound. In exchange you will need to provide us with an embassy on your territory with equal and/or greater rights. Here are the rules.

1. You will be provided with 25 Acres of Land.
2. You will have access to the Dictator's Private Airfield.
3. You may have one SAM battery.
4. You may have 50 troops armed no heavier than a squad machine gun.
5. All guards and workers will recieve diplomatic immunity for misdemeanors. All felonys will result in the employee being put under house arrest during the investigation.
6. Ambassador must fill out the following form before we approve.

Apollina your Ambassador is accepted. By no means do all the questions have to be answered or said yes or no to. However security checks will be performed once every quarter at a predetermined time and date that is convienient to both parties. These will occur off the embassy so as not to disturb any sensitive information.

Apollina thanks Nutropinia for this expansion of our diplomatic ties. Your Embassy staff in Apollina will gain Diplomatic Immunity for acts giving a sentence of 1 year or less, however we will press for internal action to be taken. Also there must be no more than 50 armed guards and we would prefer guards to be armed with simple sub-machine guns, however weapons up to a squad support weopon will be acceptable. Our Embassy will containg no more than 10 bodyguards for Mr Farda.

That is perfectly acceptable. We will send 50 armed guards armed with only submachine guns and pistols we would perfer to keep a low profile. However we will keep 2 squad support weapons and 25 assault rifles on the embassy in case of a need of back up support.
