In support of building newer and more advanced submarines, the ILN is selling all thirty-six of it's 688/I Class attack submarines. They have served distinctively and will continue to serve in whatever NAVY you will use them in. They are priced at $450M each, 1/2 the original price of $900M. All have the improved propellar and thus can travel at 40 knots . They are all in good condition and have been used in war but are all in tip-top shape.

Sure he can I checked. He has about $600M left in his defense budget but that's his perogative. Now 4 for you huh? That would be $1.8B but given our alliance it is a mere $1.35B.

OOC: Layarteb, opened up a hole in the Neo-Tyr beachead. 30 B-1's and 4 M.O.A.B.'s from 4 B-52's did the trick, along with battleship, missile boat, and tactical submarine bombardment.

If you wanna jump in, there's a hole.
