Deep in the mountains of Reach the RnD section of the Phalanix space navy was busy with the visit and meeting of the heads of the fleet and military.
In the main meeting room the holoprojectors were busy being uploaded with the information on the Hell Storm. "Alright so whats next on the list?" one of the fleet heads said as he closed a small document labled X-104. "The Hell Storm is next," a tech said as he flicked the switch for the projector to come to life. The heads of fleet were awe struck at the ship. "This is the Hell Storm battleship. She is designed to be out first ship capable of taking down fleets alone. As you will notice she now has four Fallen Angel cannons capable of leveling 120 square killiometers when fired at once. Also you'll notice that it has the Hell's Fury cannon. Since it was employed in both the G1 and G2 projects it is time we placed one on a ship. Please note that it is not as powerful as the G project's but it gets the job done." "How long till we can have one made?" "Ten years at our fastest pace. But that would mean no Hell class super cruisers." "Do it. I don't give a damn about cost just build it."
