Concerning your long range fighter, have you checked out the LAS-XF4, its got a range of 11,000km on subsonic flight and its internal weapons bay can obviously be adapted to different weapons.
Unit cost is currently $80M per craft..

Further info on the fighter is here:

Obviously a large scale order will be cheaper per aircraft, though this thing is quite big, but what it would lack in dogfighting finesse it will more than make up for in its ability to shoot down multiple targets at long ranges ..
(ooc: Also, I don't think anyones produced a modern+ tech level fighter with the range of this thing..)

The Nation of Fortune would be interested in pulling a defense contract for your guild. We train our troops from childhood, so they learn how to operate various different vehicles, weapons, and equipment. We have the best Snipers, they have been trained to shoot accuratly at greater distances than snipers from other countries. All the men have been trained to tone their senses so they can detect what most people seem to miss. They have superior field tactics, because they know their squadmates like brothers, and can sense what the other team mates are going to do. for more info on my army go to this link

i have been experimenting with some cloning facilitys, and have come across the fact that i have no standard weapon to equip my super soldiers with. Of course i have more than my fair share of lasers and WMD's but, i need something more shall we say portable?
my men are able to carry weapons wighing up to 250kg's with relative ease, so any weaponry within that range would be suitable.

We would welcome this, however it's not for a specific pathogen, we are contracting the design of the round not the pathogen to be used in it, since these will be greatly varied and many of our pathogens are highly classified. Thus it must be generally based, we will deal with the tweaking.

Memo from LSDI
Subject: LAS-XF4 'Flytrap'
Message:
Sirs,
Regarding your order for 400 LAS-XF4 'Flytrap' long-range fighters, we are grateful for your order and wish to expand further on what you will receive. Whilst underdevelopment, the LAS-XF4 was originally envisioned as a long-range multi-role aircraft. However, midway through development, the LAF changed the specifications of the contract and opted for a fighter-only version of the craft. Despite this, LSDI continued with development of a second version of the craft, the LAS-XF4/A, which retains a ground strike capability. For this to be used in the aircraft, only minor changes have to be made to the weapons control system. Overall weapons capacity is in the range of 8x1000lb bombs or missiles to this weight. However, in a strike role, the number of AAMs carried by the aircraft is significantly reduced. Because of this, it is recommended using groups of the aircraft in both combinations for strike missions, i.e 2 fighters and 4 attack craft.
Regarding the cost of your order, we would be willing to supply you with the number of aircraft you wish for a price of $25bn, which includes a bulk order discount of 20%. Weapons systems are included with the aircraft and full technical training and support is offered as needed.

We would be using such an aircraft as a multi-role aircraft but primarily as an escort, we say we would like to know about it's ability to hold such bombs because it would be useful in protecting our bombers from Ground unit fire and allow additional bombing capacity for the Bomber Legion.
The price of $25 billion, will be wired to your specified account upon confirmation.

We are therefore willing to trade all of the uranium you require in exchange for Gold (preferably), silver and marble (raw is fine) of a similar value. We do not particularly care what you do with the uranium, as we do not expect you to show any interest in what we use our products for. Is this agreed?

In the field of dangerous animals, we have Headcrabs and Rare Bullsquids.
We also have plenty of tungsten, Scientists, Rice, Chinese vegetables, and silk for trade.
The Zhang-Sakura Corporation, in particular, is ready and willing to establish retail outlets in the "Five Surface Cities." These would be anime/manga/conventional bookshops, the Sakura Designer Clothing clothing outlets, a set of Xenizen News Network and South China Daily News bureaus in Dryal, and a regional headquarters. They can also furnish, ahem, "Ladies of the evening," if you so desire.
All we ask for in return is natural gas, and possibly some hunting falcons for the Zhang-Sakura brass.

We are therefore willing to trade all of the uranium you require in exchange for Gold (preferably), silver and marble (raw is fine) of a similar value. We do not particularly care what you do with the uranium, as we do not expect you to show any interest in what we use our products for. Is this agreed?
OOC: Sorry, I hadn't expected any more replies to this actually... so a nice suprise :)
IC:
We would be willing to perform such a trade with you.

OoC: *twitches* MG, I could have sold you a long range interceptor with about the range you require. That and it would be a whole lot cheaper then Lasatania's aircraft.
Well too bad realy, that and the 25% discount.

The nation of Upper Xen can meet all of these needs.
We would be happy with this trade.

OOC: If you had been more on the ball, I would have been happy to buy from you Dump. Besides, I've got some new contracts to hand out soon, one's to do with static SAM sites, which can be hidden easily (think C & C).

To whom it may concern-
The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Kleiner Polytechnic University, and Tokyo University are ready to send 500 scientists each, for a total of 1,500 scientists.
Please treat them with care. These scientists specialize in nanotechnology, nuclear physics, and medicine. They are also very apolitical, so they will do well.

As many as wish to come, to remind you of the deal, they would emigrate to the Guilds and we would give you $1000 for each. From then on they are under the durestriction of the Guild of Prostitution. However, we would be willing to let you set up brothels in the Five Surface cities, which would not be under the Guilds control, only it's supervision.

As a show of good faith, we will send 1,500 "ladies" to the Guilds. Being that we are a very large and influential company, we just have that power.
We would then be willing to set up brothels in the Five Surface Cities with your supervision of course.
Would it be possible to contract local workers, or would I have to send Xenizens to work the brothels?

You may or may not have heard of us, but we are an organization dedicated to stopping terrorism and preserving law and order throughout the world. We would, if possible, like to open a recruiting office in one of the Five Surface Cities, and would welcome you to join our group."
"If it is not possible to establish a recruiting center here, we would then like to open a chain of Western-themed Soda Fountain/Diners in your city, if it is possible."

We would be willing to let you recruit in the Surface Cities, however we will not be joining your group, which has been studied by the Talon and found to be unfavourable to the Guilds to join. Also, it may clash with our current and future interests.
As for the investment, it is most welcome, please feel free to set up at any time.

Two men loaded an unmarked, camoflauged pickup truck with the crates of specialized ammo. Being overly cautious, they were told it was highly explosive and toxic, They lifted the crates with the help of a few dock workers. They then drove it into a shipping crate marked: "Chiquita Bananas". Once they were in, the dock workers place large pieces of plywood to block the entrace, and filled the remaing space with bananas. The two Phoenix Dynamix employees settled in for thier journey to The Merchant Guilds.
About a week later....
The shipping crate was loaded on to a tractor trailer and delivered to an empty warehouse near the main port. Then, waiting till dark, the men opened the crate and the truck was on its way to a pre-determined location. It was about 4 am whe they got there. They met up with a representive of the governmet, they assumed and about half a dozen soldiers. They hand over the 2 ammo crates as well as a number of CD-ROMs and 2 floppy disks, which contained technical data on the production of the ammo. They took the 2 large suitcases, checked to see the money was there, ad proceeded to drive off towards the airport. Near the banks of a river they pushed the truck to the edge of a cliff, letting it roll down into the river in nuetral. It was a bit of a hike to the nearest airport, so they flagged down a cab. They went over to the PISS Air Desk, flashed thier badges and were given free tickets home.
"Do you have any bags to check sir?"
"No thanks, we'll be keeping these with us" :evil"

Two women and man dressed in charcoal fatigues, entered the place the men had dropped the goods in, whilst a second man stood watch. One of the women kneeled over the cases and checked the merchandise.
'Excellent, Lord Stra'coth will be pleased' she whispered under her breath. With that she snapped the locks shut and whist the other two picked up the merchandise. They began walking towards the 'Swirl' Helicopter reving it's blades on a nearby pad, with four guards at each corner armed with GIK-92's, the men bore the Insignia of 'Bridgeburners' and even the four Talon knew they would not be easy to stop had they not been on their side.
The cargo was then loaded up and secured with ropes and chains. Then the 'Swirl' Transport Helicopter took off, it's huge downward force blowing over a few signs before it started it's long journey to Vas Urbs.
*a few hours later*
The fee of $20 billion was deposited in The Phoenix Militia's specified bank account for the trouble, as well as little personal gift of $5 million for the Scientific Team.
