Rules: This is not a thread were you come to annouce that you are invading or taking over a new country or piece of territory. This thread is to state what rl nation your nation-state is located on in NS earth. NS Earth is the size of jupiter with many duplicates of rl contients and many unique ones, and then there are of course multiple infinite diverse realites to deal with. NS earth grows every day :D Pieces of territories can be claimed an unlimited amount of times by an unlimited number of countries.

If that's the system you're using then what's the point of this thread? If there are in infinite number of RL earths then people can jsut say they own anything they want, they dont need to record it in this thread.

My own custom map, but where Crete is in RL. Its about the same size, a little bigger perhaps, and I moved Rhodes :p

I believe the reason, Prae, is that this way, you can see where a country is supposed to be, or what it's based on.

For example, Country X is RPing with country Y. Country X decides to invade Country Y, but has no idea of Country Y's land. For all he knows, it's landlocked. So Country X looks up this thread, and sees that Country Y controls France. So, Country X decides to start the invasion on the Beaches of Normandy.

See what I mean? Basically, by using this, you can plan RPs with more ease, since you have a good idea what yer gonna be attacking.

The Confedracy of the Johnifed States territory, is the region of the mohave desert to the moutains of montana (parts of california, nevada, new mexico, Idaho... most of the moutain states basically...)

The Sovereign People of Vas Pokhoronim are now apparently the third state to claim Slovenia (I had no idea that many people had even heard of Slovenia). We also lay claim to the Tirol, Styria and Carinthia of Austria, and Friuli-Venezia-Giulia of Italy. These are the ancestral lands of the Karatanci (Latin Quarantani, from the 7th Century), the first South Slavs, from whom we are descended.
