Covert Operations Treaty
This is not realy an alliance by an Orginization devoted to keeping peace to the world not by brute force but secret/covert operations. Each member nation willl devote Thier best Special Ops Warriors to the C.O.T. Rapid Defense Force. Which will consist hopefully of hundreds of Special Op Squads. We will do whatever is nessecary to keep the peace from assisination, to creating a civil war for the benifiet of the country. The Members will be kept secret and members will apply through telegrams. We will devote Thousands of dollars into deveolping the best technology for our operations We will do anything and everything to prevent World Peace from falling from it's grace.
