The Naval Department of the Protestant Prussian Czardom of Derscon would like to place an order for fifty-five Sovremenny class Guided Missile Destroyers and fifty-five Krasina/Slava class Guided Missile Cruisers.

The total comes to ten billion, eight hundred thirty-five million dollars.

For early armament, a bulk shipment is not necessary. You may send them ten at a time. In fact, that would be preferrable. While my Navy has plenty of DD(X)s, CG(X)'s, etc, my fleet is seriously lacking in missile cruisers -- specifically antiaircraft cruisers.

I know, but he listed it as 49 mph. That's about 42.6 knots. Which is way faster than you could possibly get a CVN to go, given the stats you set up. I can't say exactly how fast it would go, because you didn't list SHP and I'm not familiar with your hull designs, but I can tell you that it doesn't go any more than 35 knots, and even 35 is pushing it. It has been estimated that, once you get to around 30, it takes double the power to increase the top speed by two knots. I know you have 10 nuclear reactors, but seriously, that's nowhere near enough, and if you did have enough, you wouldn't have space for your planes.
