As President Guztik sat in his chair, he was reviewing the list of those who attempted to help their dear nation. He stopped briefly, coming upon the name of 'Evil Woody THoughts' mmhmm...That name was secured by their Communcations team, and the EWS at the time of event. He decided on something.


Opening up his Laptop, he begun to type. After pulling up the Secure Communique program. Typing rapidly out the follow message;


To:Diplomatic Relations, Evil Woody Thoughts.

Our nation, would like to thank you, for your help during the War of the Religions that we have had. We deeply regret the Genocidal rampage that we went on, and have since altered our laws, to make sure it does not just affect those of Religious parties.

By the appperication from us to you, we would like to attempt to send out a hand of Allyship. Something to keep us both safe at night. Warm too, if we open trade lines. Please, a nation helping another nation is a wonderful sight. I hope this is approved by your Domestic Relations.

The Government of the Democratic Republic of Evil Woody Thoughts welcomes The Oppressed Peoples of Jurrik's diplomatic overtures, and the Prime Minister has expressed interest in a non-aggression pact and economic cooperation. The Prime Minister also wishes to exchange embassies, and is considering the idea of exchanging military bases.

However, the only thing which cannot be done without Parliamentary ratification is the exchange of embassies. Anything beyond this would require a formal treaty, ratified by at least two-thirds of the fifty-seat Parliament. However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must advise that such treaty proposals might run into some domestic opposition because the government of Jurrik has nearly outlawed political freedoms, and its civil rights record could also use some improvement. While we will not interfere with your nation's sovereign right to rule as it pleases, some members of Parliament will probably insist on improvements in these areas before they will support proposals of extensive cooperation. This is a cultural consideration, as our citizens place great emphasis on their freedoms.

Nevertheless, specific proposals for treaties are welcome.

We accept the embassy exchange and have allotted 25 acres on the outskirts of Great Woody City for your embassy compound.

Regarding further treaties, your government may submit full proposals (ooc: as in type out the entire text of the proposals) to the Parliament for ratification.
