Water Pollution Increasing In Nearby Waters, Trade Ships MIGHT Be Taxed

The Minister of Domestic Affairs has pointed out that the increase in trade with other nations through water communications has bought increasing pollution in the water, Fu Vi, the Minister of Domestic Affairs suggested that all trade ships that enter our harbors from foreign nations be taxed a small fee of 7 Hong Kong Dollars to fund and run the recovery of our nearby waters to return to clean waters. In about ten years, water pollution shall decrease nearly around 98% with these taxes.

We might use this idea but we are currently deciding.

In the interest of preserving the environment for future generations, we see no issue with a small tax levied in Hong Kong sovereign waters. Granzian merchant vessels will gladly pay such a fee when visiting Hong Kong harbor to do business.
