Enigma eyes the letter carefully, a look of sourness crossing him. Ministress Tarva, the current Ministress of Defense, stands to his left, her face pursed as she tries to not laugh. It was not often people managed to catch him off guard, let alone replied to what could be taken as a veiled threat with thanks. The moment is worth more money than anyone in the entire room, including the Dictator, has.

"Tarva, tell our relay ship in orbit above them to watch this nation carefully. I see a great future for this one and want to make sure they have it," Enigma said.

"A personal pet?" Tarva asked.

"Curiousity. The diplomacy of such a reply is not something I've come to expect. I want to see what this nation does with itself," Enigma said.

You'll find one of my fighters in orbit over your nation. Do not be concerned, as it is not there for hostile intent. I would never use a single ship for hostile moves. It is there as a part of a communication relay system, as they currently have the best communication systems and most numbers of the ships under my command. If you wish it to move, just send a request to the ship and it will comply automatically. If you ever wish to contact me, send a message to that ship to be sent on to my nation. They'll forward it.
If you have need of arms for your soldiers, contact me. I'll give you a discount or redirect you to someone who has the weapons you seek. And if you are interested in advancing towards space travel (if you are not there already), I know of a group you would benefit from.

Many thanks for this generosity! Our leader, Zlora D'raven is considering your offer and says that she will have an answer by tommorrow. She is currently discussing the agreement with a few trusted advisors.

She would like to say that the offer would have been accepted immediately but to give one company exclusive rights might hamper future deals. Of course, there is the problem of the few small auto companies currently in operation. They should not be much trouble, as our "do as you will" policy towards law makes handling problems much faster and simpler than with the traditional judicial system. Each and everyone one of us in this glorious country that we live in has the oppurtunity to take the law into our own hands!

An unreadable expression passes over her face and she tells Vera, "It is very wise for our country to align ourselves with powerful allies. We can use this alliance towards our advatange, and we will make use of his offers. It is unwise however, to continually require the support of these allies. I can see that we are very far behind other nations. We must strengthen our defenses and look into this space travel he speaks of. "

We have pretty loose policies regarding foreign embassies here in Slaytanicca. Basically a building of reasonable size in the capital (location and design is pretty much up to you), one or more representatives with families, if you wish, plus a reasonable number of armed guards. Drugs of all kinds and handguns are legal in Slaytanicca, but any other requests should be accepted, at least on embassy soil. The death penalty and slavery (except in the 'alternative lifestyle' sense) are both non-existant in Slaytanicca, and I must warn you that many of our citizens would be unhappy about slaves and executions taking place within Slaytanic borders.
With regards to our embassy we would be requesting a four-story building, with razor wire between the second and third, of around ten thousand square feet total floorspace, to house three or four repsesentatives without families and around twenty armed guards with assault rifles and at least one flamethrower. Placement would be as you dictated. Any other arrangements will depend upon the delegates, although we are almost certain they will be reasonable. If any request offends you we will choose another representative.
If you have any problem please don't hesitate to respond, and we will endeavor to be flexible.
