Having just taken power in the nation now known as the Nationalist Republic of Austar Union, Indigo looked over the status of the world around him. Fortunately for him and his new regime, the nation was possibly in one of the most stable areas in the world. And although he was thankful to the good Lord above for this, he was growing further displeased with the world outside the one he was familiar with. It was the world which the Austar Union used to reside in; one which wars could be fought in entire days, one where conflict was set to reside forever. It was the world known to some as International Incidences.

Although he himself knew not of what this term meant when using it this way, he knew that the world outside needed some kind of balance, for now it could be considered as under a state of anarchy. Dictionaries defined anarchy as the lack of the rule of law, or a lack of government. Most certainly this existed in the world of International Incidences, and so in the eagerness of starting the spread of his name to people abroad, Indigo took it upon himself to take particular attention to such an idea. It was an important observation anyhow, and although it was quite possible that his efforts would go in vain, not one man could blame him for at least trying. Already he had a few ideas to bring some kind of stability to the world, but even Indigo recognised the need for other input. Two minds were greater than one, and he was confident that six, twelve, or even greater would be even more effective.

He didnt spend too long sending a message out to the nations abroad, inviting world leaders in convention to discuss the possibility of an at least slightly stable International Incidences;

SUBJECT: Invitation to the Global Stabilisation Convention

It is my observation, and the observation of many that the world of International Incidences has become particularly unstable in recent days. I am growing to be concerned of this fact, and although its events do not affect the Nationalist Republic of Austar Union, I do have a natural duty of care to my fellow brothers.

I ask of you this; when does one decide that enough is enough? The world I am looking at today is one which is growing to be particularly turbulant; conflicts can begin, wars can start, wars can end, and conflicts can be resolved, all in a timeframe I am told is One 'Real' Day. Although I am unsure myself what this means, I know deep down in my soul that the heart of humanity has been persecuted in this world, and no longer do nations have a duty of care to even their enemies, they only seek what the selfish heart desires.

Therefore, I am sending out this open invitation to any world leaders who too, share this concern for the world of International Incidences. Stability in my world has grown to new levels, and it is one which my people enjoy. Perhaps we can meet in convention and discuss ideas on how to raise the stability of your world also, in a meeting I have appropriatly named the 'Global Stablisation Convention'. There is no set date on the convention as of yet, but all peoples attending will be notified as soon as there is.

Kicking back, Indigo relaxed in his newly furnished office. Obviously since he had not been in power for too long, it was rather clean; the way he liked to keep it. Mahogany was certainly one luxury to enjoy, and the decore around his own office could be only described as amazing. His seats were made of prime, geniune leather; so comfortable it almost made him cringe at the sight of anything less.

Anyhow, it was something he could now afford, and as dictator, he now had a personal bank account worth millions, perhaps even billions of dollars. As he drifted off to sleep, he resided in the fact that at least while he was enjoying a life of luxury, that while his message to the world was being delivered, he was at least trying to benefit the world around him.

OOC: Shameless Bump Number Two

I man, in rather below average size, of only 5'7 walked down the large marble floors in his halls of his Imperial Palace. Trailing him, behind the Imperator's purple cloak signifying him as royalty, were two Praetorian Guards. Each in their formal uniforms, with a red cloak signifying military. They had helmets with red plumes from top-center, stretching to the back of the helmet. They passed many statues, pictures, and other patrolling guards as they continued down the hall.

He turned a corner to his right and a young man with glasses stood with a piece of paper. "I beg your pardon Imperator Valteen, we have just recieved information from some kind of convention, a "Global Stabilisation Convention." To ensure world peace. Will you read it?" The Imperator grabbed the paper out of the man's hands and the four men (The man, Imperator, 2 guards) still presided down the hall as he read. They walked toward massive oak doors, standing at a near 15 feet high. The Praetorian Guards on either side of the doors pushed them open and closed them behind as they entered the Imperator's office. He sat down in his oversized reclining chair, trimmed with gold, and cushoned with swayed and goosefeather.

I suppose this lunatic wants me or some other people to be guest to this conference. I havn't been out of the country since the Imperial Republic was implented, it has been to unsafe. Maybe thats just it, I shall make this world safe enough for even important people of my rank to travel the world without worry. And if all else fails, it will serve as a vacation and a way to expierence another culture. I shall go, I will want a decent size security detail, and a large living area no more than the 3rd floor of a building. I am absolutaly scared of heights.

The man bowed before the Imperator and turned and walked out of the oak doors.

OOC: Not bad. Its good to see some quality RPing actually existant in this forum. Perhaps you ought to consider a move over to the Nationstates forum. Its much, much better in quality which your RP style seems to fit. Anyhow, on to see the rest of the replies. :) Ka-Bump!

In the offfices of Acting President Thomas O'Donnelly
"What the feck is this?" the man who spoke sat behind a very utilitarian steel frame desk, hardly fitting for the president. However Thomas O'Donnelly was not one to be caught up in material trappings.
He held up a piece of paper that had been handed to him.
"It is an Official Statement from Fuhrer Indigo Blue, the appearent ruler of Austar Union, sir." A young allowed his gaze to meet the paper clips neatly placed in a slot on a pencil/pen holder on the desk.
He believe they were so neatly placed he could count them without moving any of them.
The man behind the desk looked about the room for amoment as if he was trying to find something to distract him.
"Dont these fecking politicians ever tire of conferences, and summits and the like? My G_d how do they actually accomplish anything."

"I dont know sir."

"Send a messege in response, have it read as follows:
To whom it may concern the Armed Republic of Skibereen will be most honored to dispatch an envoy to this conference with all do haste.
Anything to further the cause of international diplomacy.
Signed Thomas O'Donelly-Acting President of Skibereen."
