The Fuhrer's Government of the Commonwealth of Hirgizstan wishes to welcome the participants of the previous talks to these renewed talks that promise to be safer and more productive.
A plane is waiting at Demak, one per Delegation. No Bodyguard groups are allowed, no weapons are allowed.
Conditions of Carriage: One bodyguard (un-armed) per delegation, each delegation has to submit to a quick x-ray and security search both getting on and off the assigned aircraft. Only COH Civilian pilots will be allowed to fly the planes.
Conditions of stay in the COH: The Delegations will travel by Executive Helicopter to the Resinine Palace. (The Leer jets will be touching down at Hirgizstan's 2nd International Airport, Tremanta Intl.) Again, no foreign pilots will be allowed to fly. Once at the Palace the Delegations will be shown their rooms and each in turn will have a brief video conference with the Fuhrer.
Conditions of Debate: No bodyguards at all will be allowed in the debate chamber, only one un-armed guard from the COH will be allowed into the chamber. The Debate will be chaired by His Supreme Justice Carville LHC (Leader of Hirgizstanian Commonwealth- Honrary title carried from Military service in what is now a Colony).
