Today the JNDF started to buildup 100,000,000 a day starting yesterday. Units are now up to 3bil. men, vehicles are up to 100mil. and weapon stockpiles are up to 8bil. We will keep you updated

Your army can be between 0-5%, not 100%. So 100'000 or less for now would be most reasonable. Nobody will attack you in the early stages.
