Dracun imperium

OOC: Dracun will be starting all over. It will be ruled by a triumverate of three a Internal/Foreign Affair, Defense/Offense, And Economey/Trade Minister. They willl rule completley. We will be keeping all of our current ships, fighters, etc. We will be looking for new allies and everything else.
IC: A gentle breeze blew through the air in Trinity Square. There were thousands of Dracun Citizens waving the Dracun banner and chanting the National Motto. Suddenly the National Anthem is played and three commanding figure emerge onto the stage. The Three rulers of Dracun. Drake Manstara(I/O) Jason Kroshan (D/O) & Halie Carter(E/T). They all had a commanding presence and were well feared & respected. They Had ruled Dracun since they were each 18. They all now stood waving to their subjects at the age of 31. They had lead their country to a state of military supremacy and Econonmic Power. Their Bright smiles showed thier pride at accoploshing such a feat.
Suddenly they raised their hands and the crowed instantly quieted.
Drake Spoke since they were adressing the International.
"People of the International. Today we bring great news, today we announce our true arrival onto the world stage. Today we will help bring light to an ever increasing Darkness. We hope to form many alliances and have many allies. We will strive to earn our place on the world stage at all costs. We thank you for taking your time to listen to our greeting. May Warrior's Fourtune Smile Upon You."
With that the crowd erupted into cheers and began chanting a famous song that inspired the speech spoken today. The three Tribunal members spoke amongst themselves hoping to recieve messages from other nations around the world.
