This is Niko Papadopoulos of HNN. The Assembly, with the approval of Emperor Nikolaos, have introduced a new flag law to replace the old one. Instead of being fined 1,000 drachmas for burning or destroying the national flag, traditional flags or military flags they will be arrested and executed.
