The Na Pali Volcanic Island has been the home of 1st Fleet of TPM's navy for many years. Now the Fleet is being reassigned to permanent patrol of the Atlantic. So, several facilities have opened up on the island and we are inviting to world to come share our magnificent semi-tropical island.

The Armed Republic of Warring Minorities wishes to lease the following facilities, with the cost to be paid off over the duration of the contacts.

2 x Medium shipyard for 10 years each $20.4 billion
5 x Docks for 10 years each $92 billion
1 x Hanger Complex for 10 years $4 billion
