A swarthy reporter in overalls, bearing a crimson arm band, cleared her throat, "Good evening and welcome to channel 7 news. I'm Yelena Katinov, and Long Live the Party! Our top story tonight, after weeks of anticiption after the revolution, the Sixth Stalinist Party Congress has finally convined for its first legal session! The congress, with our beloved Comrade Lekov as leader, met from 5:00 am until several hours ago.
The top points of the meeting we are told were adopting a new Stalinist Constitution and forming the policy for the first ever Five Year Plan. The congress also focused on forming the new government and party structures, as well as building the new nation. We now go live to Comrade Ilya Lekov, who has just been appointed the first national leader..."
A young man with dark hair and a pail face, wearing military uniform, appeared soon after, in mid speech:
"...and so I am honored to be your new leader, as Party General Secretary, Chairman of the Presidium and Defense Council, and Premier of the Council of People's Commissars. Thank you, for I will do my best to strengthen the state, just as our beloved comrade Stalin said: 'socialism in one country.' I intend to follow this theory of self evidence. Long Live the People's Revolution!"
