" My fellow friends. The horrors of Mike von strangaild is over. But his wrongdoings are still felt. Are country is still in shambles. Help is on its way. Since we specialize in environmental research and clean up and due to the possibility of encountering toxic hazard zones in our travels, we would like to also send over some environmental monitoring and clean up units. We would attach 1 unit per hospital unit.

The land hospital units have a ETA of 6 hours, the marine units have a ETA of 7 hours.

The Soviet Engineering Corps is prepared to construct an entire infrastructure capable of handling your population till it reaches 80 million. This is includes government buildings, power stations, communications networks, and transportation arteries. By the time you reach the limit of that infrastructure, you should be more than able to manage your own expansions.

The Soviet Exchequor has set aside 250 billion krens to fund this NS year long effort.

The SEC will also help train your citizenry in various construction, civil engineering, architectural, and resource assimilation (demolitions) processes and techniques.

Caldaron does not plan to part with any of our nuclear fission or fusion power secrets, nor our military grade architecture. However the Premier is more than certain your new liege is capable of serving in that capacity.

The SEC is sending a CV-21 transport with an assessment team and a small diplomatic contigent. No runway is necessary, but a flat place to land would be appreciated. The team will review the state of your current infrastructure and determine how best to procede.

The Diplomat, Envoy M. Bartlett, will meet with your recognized chief of state to act as a provisional Ambassador.

The transport and it's escort are headed to the coordinates of the landing zone. The escort went ahead to check out the LZ to make sure it was secure.

The GS-9 Harbingar gunship seemed to float in place above the landing zone as it slowly scanned the nearby terrain for any possible hostiles.

OOC: This isn't personal, it is standard operating procedure in areas not entirely known to be secure. Considering your recent history, it seems apt. :)

IC: Finding none the big aircraft landed and opened up to a squad of Soviet Marines. The bigger CV-21 landed next to the gunship.

Lieutenant Colonel Mark Townsend is the Soviet Marine inCharge (SMC) of the security of the team and the delegation. He stood while Envoy Michelle Bartlett exited the transport. The engineering team is being lead by Sergeant Major Jason Garcia of the Soviet Engineering Corps. The Envoy is effectively the leader of the whole operation, but will defer to the Zackaroth Chief-of-State.

The Soviet Marine Detail is positioned to protect the two aircraft. Townsend and two other Marines are escorting Bartlett and Garcia to see Aimless.

Aimless's limo pulls up near Garcia. The door opens and Aimless steps out. he is dressed unlike a leader. He wears a long trench coat that is buttoned up. His eyes look weary and tried.

" Hello. you must General Garcia. It is a pleasure to meet you. If you please my limo will take us to the tower were we can discuss or diplomatic relations ."

Envoy Bartlett smiles, "You must not be familiar with Soviet ranks. He is a Sergeant Major, which is enlisted. This is Lieutenant Colonel Townsend, who is in charge of our security and is the Soviet Army's liason to me. I am Envoy Michelle Bartlett."

Bartlett steps forward and offers a hand while Townsend and Garcia salute.

Aimless shakes bartlett's hand. He noddes to the 2 other men. " please the 3 of you come in into the limo we must get to the Tower. It is not comfortable out here at this time. His butler opens the other door and bows. " If you men would please join me." Aimless steps into the limo

And God bless you, my friend. As I speak, my people are loading 800 metric tons onto 5 C-5 Galaxies, to be arriving in one hour's time. Do you have acceptable area to land such large and heavy aircraft? Don't worry about security, but it would be nice to land somewhere safe. If we have to, we can land elsewhere and haul in. I also have two Frigates on sea right now, ready to send extra supplies. Is there a port that they can set harbor at?

By this time, the Soviet Engineering Corps has built a provisional airport, while the full blown International Airport is being constructed.

SEC has 28,000 engineers, architects, contractors, and security personnel on the job now. The bulk of the labor is done by the Zackarothi.

Two dams are under construction, and an oil refinery with some wells has been erected in the surprisingly resource rich northern part of Zackaroth. Gold mines have been build in the northeast, and a Uranium mine is being dug in the northwest.

SEC estimates the value of Zackaroth's natural resources as 18 trillion krens total (assumes it was all able to be drawn out at once).

SEC is training Zackarothi workers to do the resource gathering.

The SEc has geologic surveyors combing your territories, much of what you may have had was washed away when the war happened, so rediscovering all of it will take time.

Very well. I just recieved confirmation from each pilot Captain, that the last C-5 has landed just seconds ago. You now have 800 tons of supplies, which include in Plane Number One (Callsign: Bravo-Niner) you have machinery and tools, along with vehicles. Plane Number Two (Bravo-Seven) Medicine and medical equipment. Plane Number Three (Bravo-Four) Water and food. Plane Number Four (Echo Two) you have about 200 various personel. And finally, in plane Number Five (Echo 5) you have Emergency equipment such as tents, tarps, beds, blankets, and pillows...along with the various personal care kits.

Use my people as you see fit. The head Chief Aid Worker is Commander Howard von Glietin. He is VERY good at what he does, and I would expect him to work well with you, your people, and the other contributing countries. If there is anything else that I or my country can do, do not hesitate to holler. The objects that are on the ships are basically just Military Equipment for you, such as computer systems and whatnot. Those will be hauled from the shores and over the mountains. They should arive in a convoy of 45 heavy vehicles in two days time.

I will also be ordering in several tankers to refill the planes, so I wonder if they could perhaps sit there for the time being? I have no immediate use for them.

Yes that is fine. They shall be taken care of well. JUst bcareful in the moutains. The scattered old army wait in there. Use extreme force if nesscary. I would advise having the convoy very well armed. It would be diastrous if that equipment fell in the old army's hands

Yes...I see that. Very well, I will hault that convoy before they depart for shore, and send in a thousand-man military unit behind them. It will consist of the 349th Fighting Falcons, the 104th AMS Infantry Division, and The 53rd Medium Armored Calvary. I trust this should be enough. I am sending only my most elite units there, not back-line units. They will most likely travel by dusk as to not be seen. The going will be slow, but they will make steady progress. The man leading that unit is Hauppman-General Victor Ian Davion. He is the man to look out for. Shouldn't be hard to miss. He has four stars on his collar, he's 6'4" and very brightly redheaded. He has orders from me, that once he gets to camp, that he is to obey your command 110%. After all, you know what is best for your country right now. My folks are only there to help.

The convoy should make it to camp, depending on conditions, in about two days time. They pack thier own rations, so there is no need to extinguish your own food on them. Thier radio codes are Bravo-Victor 1-5-4-7-9 Whiskey-Tango 5-7. I trust you have a working radio? If so, then you can speak with them directly. By the way, what is the estimates of rebel forces in the mountains? What are thier estimated strengths?

To:Commander-General Vlad Pryde there forces are weak but they are very good snipers. beware of anyone asking for help in the moutains. It could be one of them. The only real threats as of now are the rpg troopers and snipers. Good luck and my God lead you safely.

The cities are fixed and all that good stuff but all of the nations hat helped still have left behind some small force to conitue to help with whatever is left of the recounstruction
