News Anchor: Yesterday the capital city was destroyed by nuclear weapon. It was dropped on the Czarist Palace shortly after noon. A group calling themselves the black guard accepted responsibility. Little is known about these terrorists or their intentions. The Czar however was not injured because he was away in the port city of Gentofl. He has proclaimed that the boarder to Tyrantis is closed and the beaches along the rest of the nations boarders along with ports are all closed as well. Anyone without explicit permission from Czar Nicholas VI himself will be shot on sight if trying to enter or leave the city. Anyone information on this group would be gladly appriciated and the Czar is looking forward in anticipation to ending this threat and getting aid from the national community.

Aimless flys on his private jet. he has heard about the terroist attks on Czars city. He knew that if he wanted allies he would need to help them first. He hoped to war back at home could be fought bravely before he got back. NObody knew Aimless's real name. He never would and will reval it to anyone. " tell them i am we are here. Tell them sorry for the for arriving unannonced."

The jet plane heads toward Gentolf. After awhile it lands in the citys airport. Tthe door of the plsane oppens letting down a ramp for him to walk down. He is dressed in a trench coat, a red shirt and a pair of worn pants. it is a little unsually for a leader to dress this way. HIs eyes look tried after many Nights of no sleep

The Czar walks out to meet him, but is shot at. After some special agents from GCON put down the threat the Czar offers the newly arrived leader a stay at the finest hotel in the country.

" Thank you sir. Your kindness is apperciated. bUt we must discuss this terroist threat soon. I have left my country in a state of civil war to come and help you. I will help in anyway i can."

Greetings and condolneces from teh Commonwealth of terran individualists (CTI). that is sad news.

personally in the CTI there is controversy as well. last week we were classified by the so-called "United nations' as a Socialist Democracy -- now we find that we are classified as a 'Scadanavian liberal Paradise'

what trickery is this? first we are in the pacific. scandanavia is very far away. second we are politcially unified in the cneter, neitherconservative or liberal with aspects of both philosophies contributing to a centrist whole which creat5es our balanced and very free way of life. we wonder who is 'effing' ( a term used by CTI citizens to express varied feelings ranging from anxiety to delight --

Oh my, this is terrible news, even though my country is large and wealthy, nucelar disator is something we were not prepared for. Well I suppose for now we will have to continue the rebuilding and terror hunting all alone.
