"Early this morning, Draganovian supreme court ruled that marijuana will be allowed to be used for medicinal purposes only. patients will need a prescription from a certified doctor. hospitals will also be allowed to issue designer prescription bongs. the legal limit for any patient to have will be 1 pound of marijuana."

Basically, in Roycelandia, you can do whatever drugs you like, but the second you try and sell them to kids, or commit crimes to feed your habit or under the influence, then you'll find yourself in a penal colony faster than you can say "Like, woah, dude".

due too increased gang-wars over the illegitimit sales (non prescribed purchases) of marijuana, we are repeeling this law under pressure from the public. (that and my current supreme court justuces want to keep there positions when the upcoming elections are held.)

The head medical centre in Serafima are thinking of building a farm to commercially grow this plant- we would seek help and possibly an alliance in this new medicine

Close to Iuthia's stance on drugs really... we've always allowed people to buy whatever drugs they want to take, though the harder stuff can only be bought at pharmacies so that the buyer gets advise and assurances (also so we can track certain drugs and their usage).
Quality is assured so you won't find anything which shouldn't be there and education (and indoctrination) is used to help keep people informed and under control.

We have a similar policy, we were thinking of classifying cannabis too but the the House of Elves blew their tops off at it calling it an outrage.

ALERT!! illegal drug runners have just been spotted making a plane run into USWA!! USWA, please force the landings of these runners and hand them over to us so we can deal with them permanently. draganovian fighters attempted to apprehend them but they crossed the border before they could overtake them, they turned back when they saw the runners had jumped the border. the plane make was not able to be identified but one of the pilots managed to get a photo before turning back.

We condemn this act. We have found no usefull purpose of marijuana even against cancer. Even then, the peopke in our studies eventually die from it (Non-Fascian test subjects). like i said before earlier on. we repeeled the ruling because it sparked too many gang wars from illegal drug cartels.
