Having been secretly funded and organized by "The Council of Twelve" in Mississippi, the "Spanish National Front Party" was organized in Spain, and the "Portuguese New State Party" was organized in Portugal. The parties were appealing to a broad sense of Spanish and Portuguese nationalism, anti-immigrant sentiment, pro-white, pro-Christian, particularly Catholic, and a strong connection to the legacies of Francisco Franco and Antonio Salazar, and to the old Spanish and Portuguese empires in Africa and South America, and other locations.

The DISFB was hoping that each party would be able to draw no less than 5-10% of the vote in Spain and Portugal and get some seats in the legislature. This would tie in with Curtis's other plans to gradually subvert Sevaris over the years in a slow process, he equated it to "Placing a frog in water and slowly raising the temperature, by the time it realizes what you're doing, it's too late." Indeed already a number of Sevarin army officers, in senior and junior command positions, were nothing more than Mississippian operatives, and many more were loyal to the Spanish and Portuguese Fabus families and the "National Front" or "New State" party.

Curtis was deathly afraid that the Kaiser of Sevaris had possible plans to exterminate the fifty of so Fabuses of the Spanish line that lived in Spain, and the ten or twenty that lived in Portugal of the Portuguese line. Thus he deemed it necessary to make Spain and Portugal safe to live in, and the way to do that would be to subvert their society and culture and replace Sevarin values with Mississippi Fabusite values.

Already about ten percent of Sevarin senior army officers (colonels and generals) were either actual Mississippian operatives or Sevarins loyal to the Curtis plan and ideology.

And about twenty percent of junior officers (captains and lieutenants) were either actual Mississippian operatives or Sevarins loyal to the Curtis plan and ideology... Curtis had several operatives in key places in the Spanish media to influence popular culture and what the children of Spain would learn in their schools, see on the television, and hear on the radio.

Curtis's operatives predicted within twenty years, enough Sevarins would support Mississippian ideology, to make it plausible to use his own private army to invade and be welcomed as a liberation effort. He knew he had to keep this secret from Roger, Roger didn't understand, he didn't realize how bad the Kaiser of Spain wanted to kill Fabuses, Spanish, Portuguese, any Fabus, as long as they're a Fabus. Curtis was going to stop it though.

Curtis is an English Fabus (Mississippian Fabuses are almost entirely English or French) there are some Italian, German, and Austrian Fabuses as well as the Spanish, Portuguese, English, and French Fabuses. But the vast majority of Fabuses live in Mississippi or one of her Commonwealth territories.


Basically, Curtis is very paranoid and sees enemies behind every corner now.

Note:

The Enlightened Men are those who are aware of more secrets that have to do with the 111, the Council of 33, and the Council of Twelve. They are taken into the outer edge of the inner circle. But only the 111 are in the inner parts of the inner circle, and only the 12 are at the center of the inner circle, the top of the pyramid. The 12 are the inner circle, the elite.

Council of 12 = 12 is a good religious number (number of apostles Christ had) The 12 make all attempts to appear as pious Christian men.

33= 3x11, or 3K. They are usually leaders of other nations that covertly support the ideals of the Aryan New World Order that the 12 are fighting for. But only a few know the true secrets of the 12's concealed lodges, rituals, and such.

The First 33 are domestic people, the most enligthened non-12s.

The Second 33s are foreign leaders working to get their lands into DA hands/influence.

The Third 33s are the closest anybody can get to the 12s, without being a 12, they are the most trusted of the 33s, often they are high ups from foreign WKM realms, and they are elevated into enlightenment if they are deemed possibly potential future 12s.

111= corresponds to the number of RG/RGISA/SRG divisions and independent brigades. All SRG/RG/RGISA commanders of either a division or an independent brigade are 111s. Thus Roger Fabus and William Fabus are both 111s. However nobody knows the true secrets of the 12 except for the 12 and a few (1-3) of the 33s.

White Knights of Mississippi = WKM, the largest, most devoted Christian organization in Mississippi and the Commonwealth. They are a fraternal, Christian organization and a political religious revival movement. They also have the WKMCK (militant wing). They have no idea of what the 12, 33, or 111s are up to.

Commonwealth Cartel is often referred to as the "Alexandrian Cabal" as it is based in Mississippian Egypt. These people are officially lower than the WKM, but they exist to keep the WKM and MNFP in check... they know more than the WKM and more than the RG and SRG. These are basically "enlightened" men, even though they are not officially inducted into the Society of Learned Men (Society of Enlightened Men)

MNFP= Mississippian National Front Party

Aliens= Those whites who are citizens but not WKM and not MNFP members.

Curtis Fabus (44) Former Head of state and government for Decisive Action. Also, he was the leader of the Revolutionary Right Party. He was the Czar until September 2004, when he resigned for medical reasons (Parkinsons). American descended from English. Ranked as the 3rd handsomest public figure in DA. Richest man in DA due to that fact he takes 1% of all national taxes for himself, and he owns many companies. Spiritual leader of White Knights of Mississippi. He is also the Chairman of the “Council of Twelve”. He is the CEO of Fabus Premium Tobacco Inc. Fabus Munitions Inc. Has a parachute with an M-14 rifle above it, below parachute it says “1st Parachute Division” Below that it says “Cambodia 1983”. He was in the 2nd Parachute division originally from 1981-1982, then he transferred to the 1st Parachute division from 1983 to the start of the Civil War on January 23rd 1984 when the 1st Parachute Division was renamed “1st Revolutionary White Guards Parachute Division”. Curtis has a large scar on his back from the shoulder to the small of the back from fragments of a soviet grenade and on the lower back an old scar from a 7.62x39mm wound. Married to Christine Fabus. Gregory (Project Gregory) (29) The latest addition to the “Council of Twelve” he is the only member of the “Twelve Learned Men” who happens to be a commoner. The most advanced of the IG-BS alterations. He is a ruthless killer if he has to be, but otherwise he does the council’s work. 6’2, 190lbs. Brown hair, blue eyes. Captain Arthur Nelson (27) He is the Captain of Curtis Fabus’s Personal Guard Company, Alpha Company of the Special RG Division “Curtis Fabus”. The Protector of the Sacred Text, for the “Council of Twelve”. Captain Nelson is fiercely loyal to the Curtis Fabus and Nelson along with the company will always accompany Curtis, wherever he is at, the Alpha Company is near him. 6’8. 256lbs. Field Marshal Bertrand “The Butcher” Navarre (43) the commander of the 2nd RG Division, the “White Knights” Division of the Republican Guard. Born in Mississippi shortly after his parents fled Algeria in 1962. Frenchman. He got his nickname from a guerilla propaganda radiobroadcast for what happened when he was a major in 1991 and what he ordered his battalion to do to over 2,000 enemy guerilla who had surrendered (The only time he ever had anybody executed, but the nickname stuck. The prisoners were guerillas that had been killing civilians, so he didn’t think they deserved any mercy). Ranked as the 4th handsomest public figure in DA, also considerably wealthy. The “Learned Orator” of the “Council of Twelve” The Imperial Wizard of the White Knights of Mississippi. Duke of Neshoba County. Field Marshal Dr. Baldur von Schacht “Doctor Of Death” (43) The overall commander of Special Weaponry research and development. He earned his nickname by conducting experiments with chemical and biological weapons on people (convicted felons). He also conducts high-altitude, temperature, and other experiments on POWs and detainees. Came up with the idea for VX gas chambers to get rid of opponents of the Fabus Regime. Rich, handsome, charming, he is also the most intelligent and imaginative doctor in DA. He is working on all the IG Virus projects and thus far he successfully made the IG-BS strain, a strain that lives in water and air for as many as 10 days. More of a practical man than an idealist, he just wants to get his work done and the Fabus regime was the best opportunity to get work done. The Fabus government will pay to develop things most other countries would pay to see destroyed. Schacht is considered a workaholic, but when he isn’t working, he knows how to have fun. He is the “Most Learned Man” in the “Council of Twelve”. He is the current Minister of Health for Mississippi. Field Marshal Reginald “Bloody Hands” Smith (42) the commander of the 1st RG Division, “Judgment Day” Division of the Republican Guard. Tasked with overseeing “Operation Purification”. Born in Mississippi in 1963. American descended from English. Supported the idea for VX gas chambers. Ranked as the handsomest public figure in DA. A unit of RG soldier gave Smith his nickname in 1988 when he was a captain and in battle again Indians. It was noticed that he had a large amount of blood on his hands, because he had just personally executed ten captured Indian warriors. He is the “Judge Supreme” of the “Council of Twelve.” The name stuck and caught on; and now his friends in the high command call him “Bloody Hands” Smith. Smith is also the deputy commander of the Republican Guard Internal Security Army. Duke of Hinds County. Married and has a large number of children. 6'4, 198lbs. Red hair, blue eyes. IQ 162. Field Marshal Philippe Bon (43) The commander of the 1st Parachute Division. Born in 1962. Took part in operations in Unified West Africa in 2004. Very well known as a man of his word. But he is also ruthless against those who attack his government, his race, or threaten his government's interests. He is the “Keeper of the Sword” in the “Council of Twelve”. Married and has a large number of children. IQ 152. IG-BS enhanced IQ 195.

Field Marshal Antonio Don Juan Miguel (49) The commander of the 2nd Parachute Division. Born in 1956 in Equatorial Guinea, which was then controlled by Spain. Took part in operations in Unified West Africa in 2004. Not very diplomatic, he has been known to turn situations that could have been defused into firefights. He is a, “Model Learned Man” in the “Council of Twelve”. Married and has a large number of children. IQ 142. IG-BS enhanced IQ 178.

Field Marshal Otto Witt (44) Field Marshal in the High Command, director of the Fabus Youth, he was responsible for the 1987 law that mandated membership in the Fabus Youth. He is a “Model Learned Man” in the “Council of Twelve”. He is one of the staunchest supporters of the Fabus regime and the National Front Party. His son Fritz Witt is the commander of the 31st (formerly 30th) Republican Guard Armored Division, the original Fabus Youth Division. IQ 162. IG-BS enhanced IQ 203.

Major Karl Von Konig (34) A Major in the Special Republican Guard “Curtis Fabus Division” and the best sniper in Mississippi. He is the head instructor at the Curtis Fabus Sniping School on Fabus Island. He has 1,000 confirmed kills and 8,000 probable kills. He has fought in the 1984 civil war (yes “The Great Race War”). He spent 1985-1988 in Iraq helping them train their snipers and he actually took part in combat against the Iranians. From 1988-1991, he was in various South American nations, fighting or training their forces in sniping, concealment, and other skills he had mastered into a art. He also fought in the the 1991 Indian uprising, the 1992 negro uprising, the 1992 2nd negro uprising, the 1992 3rd negro uprising, the 1992 4th negro uprising, the 1993 white peasant uprising, 1994-1995 in Serbia, 1996-1998 in Chechnya, the 1999 Cambodian decolonization war, the 2002 Angolan annexation war, the 2002 Egyptian annexation war, the 2002 Libyan annexation war, the 2004 Angolan decolonization war, the 2004 Mississippian Libya Secession crisis, UWA in 2003 and 2004 (Both during the parachute operation and again as a mercenary in the Senegal operations), the 2004 Firebase Fabus battle, the 2004 white Muslim uprising in Western Sahara, the 2004 Mississippian Felben civil war. General Juan Carlos de Rivera (52) The former Governor General of Libya. Born in Portuguese Angola, he was a member of a white paramilitary group fighting against the black terrorist campaign to expel the Portuguese from Angola. Governor-General Peter Stahlecker (32) Governor-General of Kentucky as of September 2004. Former Governor-General of Angola before it fell to black Marxist guerillas. Spent 2 years in the paratroopers. Member of the Stahlecker family, has 8 brothers, all are in diplomatic occupations.
