Ooc- The Council of Twelve is a very super-secretive organization, the Czar doesn't even know what they do, just that they exist.

While the Ninurtan government has taken no official position, its media reports that "sources say the Prime Minister chuckled at the Mississippian mention of Satan and Christ. The Prime Minister's office refused to comment on the statement or the situation.
