The Red-Nile Canal
http://onfinite.com/libraries/186672/377.jpg

With the Red-Nile recently finished, we are now open for business. The canal has many purposes, such as:
1. An alternative to the Suez Canal
2. Increased traffic throught the Nile River
3. Access to the Ramissle Refitting Station (To be posted soon)
4. Access to the International Trade Center (home of the WTO)

Cargo ships will be charged 2% of the total value of their cargo. They must ask for inspection when they get withen 5 miles of ports. If the ships do not hail Ramissilan Coast Guard until after 2 miles, then an extra 1% will be added to the cost. Ships that ignore the rules will be pirated when they reach first lock. Militiary ships will be charged 3% of the their total value.

Free Passege goes to:

Just a thought but, you should give free transit of the canal to supreme members of the WTO. :)

Good point. That would most definatly increase the number of rented spaces in the ITC. With such a bargain like that, way more nations would order.

You're free to go through Harlesburg. Of course you can use convoys, although I fail to see the point, as we have a defence group at each end.

Shazbotdom, I am going to have to ask you for permission to board your ship for inspections. You get to tell me how much is worth, with a link to the storefront if you know were. Otherwise, we will have to charge what we feel is necessary.

OOC: The aircraft carrier is comming from the Atlantic through the Medditeranian and will be staying in international waters. It is not passing into the Nile River nor the Red-Nile Canal. The Helecopters and the 4 Jets will be flying toward the facility.

That also seems unlikely. Regular Ramisslian Navy boats come through almost 24/7. But if you would like use the convoy, by all means use it.
