The Minister of Foreign Affairs of The Empire of --Hong--Kong-- invites all Chinese nations to form an alliance hosted by The Empire of --Hong--Kong--. To show unity instead of division between our Fine Nations so no World Power can break us apart is the goal of our Nation!
We propose an alliance called the World Chinese Alliance also known as WCA where all Chinese nations unite in an alliance.
We would wish that all the Chinese nations participate in this Alliance.
