Today, the Emperor of --Hong--Kong--, Lishao Tao, 24, has banned any military vehicle, including airplanes, ships or anything else to enter --Hong--Kong--'s land or seas. The reason being is that this is to protect our citizens from any attack or threat or even suspicion.

Only nations that have been given special military rights to our nation may use our land/seas ONLY to defend our nation OR to transport their military back and forth to their nation and ours.

The nations that deserve these special rights are -

Mislokivia
Praetonia
Vestern States

These nations deserve special rights for they have a defensive military base in our nation so they can defend our nation when needed.

Any nation that do not follow these rules and send military units/vehicle will be attacked by our army that is used to defend our nation only. We will confiscate whatever that unit or vehicle was holding and will not reveal it to the world.

ONLY cargo and trade ships are allowed in these territories from nations that do not have the special rights.
