As you all know, the death penalty is a highly effective way to deter crime. However, recently, reports have been flooding in of people becoming immune or simply knowing when they get the injection and running. Also, doctors can contract it if the patient coughs or sneezes and the germs get through the fibers in the HazMat suit.
The scientists in Seperatists for Trade have recently discovered a virus which kills within minutes of contact with the skin. By venting the microscopic virus in through microscopic vents, criminals will not be able to escape it.
The cost of the virus (being titled MMFV for Minute Microscopic Fatal Virus) is:
$1,500 per vial. One vial kills an average man within 2 minutes.
or
$50,000,000 for a producer of the virus which has an avg. lifespan of 250 years.

Is it possible to breed the virus from just the vials? Or is a producer required?
We of Kris'Hanna would be willing to pick up one dozen vials for the total accumulated price of $18,000 to further research and test the MMFV.

Here in The Tunnels, we generally use knives for execution. They're simple and effective, and don't have any of the complications you mentioned.

How about, for the death penalty, we give the convicted another choice. Death, by forcing them to watch the "Full House" episode where Danny has an evil twin brother over and over again.

Efficient and effective, but gunpowder costs money. Knives can be reused.
We bind the person onto a stake, drive him far into the desert to designated death penalty spots and drive the (4 meter) stake into the ground
the crimanals are in a circle and watch each other dehydrate and die as they do the same
Knives also have a horrible pain and brutal markings on the body, also usual bleeding to death and possible survival from up to 30 stabbings if done in a cruel way. The method is so barbaric and brutal.
sorry but we do not stab with knives, as to make the criminal stay out there suffering the longest possible

Trust me, there are far worse ways to die.
I rather not explain the "1000 cuts" style, it is far too gross and sickening to some people...but then again there's always the long suffering torture of intestinal worms which I REALLY don't want to get into, people are not ready to see pictures of worms coming through the skin and wriggling around just under neath, or one's that infects a male's privates. I am being really vague about it, but yes I agree with you somethings are more brutal and some are worse then death in the long run.

Supreme Overlord General Ashman of the Imperial Military Dominion of Ashtria is most impressed with the results of the execution virus and would like to purchase a producer of the virus.
$50,000,000 is being flown to Valviruis by representatives carrying obscenely large briefcases full of unmarked, non-sequencial, low dinomination bills. We would like to ask if there are any restrictions on experimentation with the current formulae to increase the period of suffering?
We would also like to submit one of our methods of execution which is lowering a convict VERY slowly into a vat of molten lead. The dunking process takes roughly 48/72 hours by which time the convict's head is then submerged. However this is proving to become costly as the employees at the lead works are always hungry after the smell of burning flesh hits them. It is proving most ineffeciant to have to keep purchasing more barbecues so they can have a burger/hotdog whilst watching the event.

Bah. I have three methods.
Terrorists are impaled on wooden poles and typically die there. Sometimes, depending on their crimes, they are also set on fire.
Everyone else gets the choice of a bullet through the head or tossed out an airlock without a suit on. In both cases, they are heavily sedated right before execution.
