People not of noble and pure blood shall be forced to stand down from their offices if they are only for nobility postions but shall be allowed to keep none nonle postions in goverment shall be allowed to keep thier posts and remain in the clergy except of the highest postion in the clergy in the nation and shall be allowed to keep all their money, wealth, and inheritance.Also no laws shall be made agianst them.This effort is only to keep the nobility pure and true.
