OOC - These are closed talks between Apollina, Evil Woody Thoughts and Celtayoshi about various issues to do with an Apollinan Airline.

Gentlemen (and/or Ladies), welcome to Apollina, I trust you had a pleasent journey and your accomodation is of good standard. At current the issues are thus; Air Celtayoshi has offered to fund the setting up of an Apollinan national airline, Evil Woody Airlines has been gven the go ahead to construct an eighteen gate terminal provided they can code share with the Apollinan airline, also Air Celtayoshi have expressed an interest in doing this code share.
Our questions are regarding the potential size of any new airline, and its International prospects of being able to allow passengers to travel to a wide variety of destinations, as there will be up 14 gates available in the second terminal, is this correct? As for the code share agreement, is there any way that Air Celtayoshi, Evil Woody Airlines and our national airline can code share together?

There will be fourteen gates in the terminal that will not be used by Evil Woody Airlines.
As regards international destinations for the Apollinan national airlines, the government of Evil Woody Thoughts will likely grant landing rights at several airports if it is requested; however, it most likely will not grant the right of cabotage. Few nations do. Access to markets will largely have to be negotiated by Apollina and possibly Celtayoshi on behalf of Apollina.
A three-way codeshare is entirely possible, and we are open to the idea of codesharing with Air Celtayoshi as well as the Apollinan national airline. There are several successful RL examples of codesharing alliances that involve far more than three airlines. All airlines involved in a codeshare will need to be willing to share ticket information, so if someone buys a ticket on, say EW 6703, and another carrier operates the flight, that carrier knows about the obligation to transport the passenger.
We forecast that, before long, demand for travel to and from Apollina will rival that of RL Honolulu, and the airport might even need to expand further soon.

Air Celtayoshi is willing to provide the funds to set up a national airline that will utilse the final 14 gates. This airline will have access to two of Celtayoshi's four main international airports. We will also move to request permission for a daily service to Evil Woody Thoughts form Apollina.
With regards codesharing, since the vast majority of countries can be reached direct from Celtayoshi we would only need a codeshare with regards for passangers flying to Apollina or Evil Woody Thoughts and then flying on. We would be happy to do the reverse also, connecting flights may be booked through EW and then operated by AC or ANA. Due to the vast number of destinations available through AC we would only code share a number of these, not all. For ANA we would be willing to codeshare all of its initial routes.
Does the Apollina Government wish to have us insert a clause allowing you to purchase the airline after X years for a price depending on growth, projected growth, profit and value of company?

Apollina would very much like the inclusion of a clause such as this. Looking at our projected GDP growth then perhaps six, eight or ten years could be the point at which Apollina is offered the chance to buy out Air Celtayoshi. We would prefer perhaps eight years, however if this is unacceptable then we are prepared to reconsider. If possible we wish this company to be named Apollina Airways.

The Government of the Democratic Republic of Evil Woody Thoughts hereby grants landing slots as follows:
Evil Woody International Airport (EVL): 8 flight operations per day for ANA
EVL, located on the outskirts of Great Woody City, is Evil Woody Thoughts' largest and busiest airport. Great Woody City is the capital of and largest city in Evil Woody Thoughts, as well as its finance hub.
South Evil Woody International Airport (EWC): 6 flight operations per day for ANA
EWC is located in Evil Woody City, the second largest city in Evil Woody Thoughts. It is Evil Woody Thoughts' biggest industrial center.
That Which is Evil International Airport (TWE): 6 flight operations per day for ANA
TWE is located in the city of That Which is Evil, and a short distance from the country's famous rainforests and resorts. It is the third busiest airport in Evil Woody Thoughts.
One flight operation is defined as one takeoff or one landing. These landing rights only apply to ANA and do not include cabotage rights. Flight segments utilizing these slots must originate in or depart for Apollina.
Flights originating from Celtayoshi departing for Apollina and continuing on to Evil Woody Thoughts are permitted under these slots.
AC, if you are interested in landing rights for AC in addition to ANA, please feel free to file a request with us.

We will accept that proposal, ANA will take all of thos routes. Celtayoshi will further apply for rights for 16 flight operations daily to EVL and 14 to EWC, 3/4 of which will be direct to Belfast International Airport (BFT) and 1/4 to West Celtayoshi International (WCY).

Air Celtayoshi, your request has been granted. Flights utilizing the above slots must originate from or depart to Celtayoshi. Direct flights from a foreign nation with a stop in Celtayoshi continuing on to Evil Woody Thoughts are allowed.

- Apollina Airways will be set up by Air Celtayoshi, and will be offered for sale to the Apollinan Government after eight years.
- ANA will gain 20 flight operations to Evil Woody Thoughts per day.
- Celtayoshi gains 30 flight operations per day to Evil Woody Thoughts.
- There will be a code share agreement between ANA, EWA and AC with regard to flights through Apollina, Evil Woody Thoughts and Celtayoshi.
We are happy with the terms that apply to Apollina.
