ic: The submarine plotted its course very carefully – monitoring its progress against the soundings to ensure it stayed in the deep-water channel.

The XO checked his watch. “It’s time Sir – the next one will do – looks to be pretty big.”

The sub was sitting in 300 feet of water of the coast of Fruity Loops – near the mouth of a major trading port.

The Sonar man signaled the approach of a large oil tanker – it was heading into the harbour – but it would never make anchor.

“Weapons Control – torpedoes free.”

“Aye Captain. Tube 1… FIRE. Tube 2…FIRE. Torpedo Room – reload and stand-by.”

The torpedoes head straight for the fully loaded tanker – detonating 3 minutes later under the hull of the great ship.

Within seconds millions of gallons of crude oil began to pour out through the ruptured hull.

As it did the sub slipped away.

The SD is observing this event with suspicion as the tanker could be mine. I'm a large Oil costumer in FL

The satellite swept over Fruity Loops in the cold dark of space – its breaking thrusters fired – bringing the school-bused size surveillance machine to a stop – its cameras begin documenting the nation – section by section – target by target.

Infrared, thermal, visible and time-lapsed techniques were used to find both hard and soft targets.

Simultaneously those digital images were beamed back to Wolfish Defense Command, where the intelligence officers began the process of prioritizing the targets.

“Here – look at this one – I know this is a little untraditional – but if we start with soft targets like these dams, power plants and bridges – it’ll ease up the attacks on the harder targets like anti-air and military bases.”

“Alright – I like that plan. I’ll take it to the bosses, and we’ll go from there. While I’m doing that – you assign the munitions to the specific targets.”

Here are the terms:

1. That Fruity Loops issue a public statement accepting full responsibility for the international crime of genocide.

2. That Fruity Loops provide funding for the rehabilitation of G-H citizens, in an amount not to exceed 20 per cent of Fruity Loops Gross Domestic Product in any one year - and lasting for no more than 10 years.

3. That Fruity Loops immediately provide Wolfish with a military port/base in Fruity Loops proper - of an area not less than 10 square km of land, with a harbour fitting for deep-water vessels.

4. That Fruity Loops cease all foreign military campaigns for a period of 1 year (one NS week).

Those are the Wolfish terms.

The bright yellow glow of the crackling fire shone upon the kings face. The world had been quiet of late. The Empire was moving into a docile state, a happy state however it could all change. A request for help originating from the allied nation of Fruity Loops was on the top of his majesties agenda, but how to deal with it?

Wolfish had great cause and need for this war but perhaps a compromise could be sorted out after all Fruity Loops was an integral part of the Empires economy. Their ports and landforms lay directly upon the mid ocean trade lanes which was very convenient for British shipping to the colonies.

Reflecting upon the pros and cons it was decided that allowing another nation to enter and perhaps dominant Fruity Loops was not in the interests of the Empire. Something had to be sorted out.

Recent communications and reports from Fruity Loops were chaotic at best however each did detail the possible use of nuclear weapons and other assorted weapons of mass destruction. As a result the Imperial Satellites were ordered to move above Loop territory to insure no nuclear weapons could be fired at, or from the nation.

As for Wolfish a British dignitary was sent to try and appease the situation.
