"Good after noon, I'm Georgie Peterson with our top story. Phoenix Dynamix has announced that a new heavy main battle tank in under development, seen here in this computer model. A PD representive said yesterday that the new tank will feature a 140mm Main Cannon, derived from the T-1 Scoripion, but it will have heavier armor, and more missiles. Also an all new 6 barrel 56mm gatling gun( based on the T-01 VelociRaptor's 3 barrel cannon) will be located in a seprate top turret.
The tank will be called the T-2 Savage."

IC: The Empire of Tanthan wishes to help in funding and production of the new tank. It is seen as a possible solution to replace the A-2 has the heavy armor force for Tanthan.

Among helping with developement we wish to purchase a set of production rights if it will be availible.

The Caldaron Soviet Army is interested. However, the Field Marshall requires informations on the armor, tracks, and drive system.

As the tank is under developmnt, finalization of the armor specs has not been decided. As for the drive it will be either a PD XM-1700 Diesel-Electric Hybrid with fuel cell battery backup or a PD XM-1760 Gas-Turbine/Electric w/ dry cell battery backup.

I would like to trade you two of our Skyliner Helicopters in Military Variant for one tank. Is this acceptable?

OOC: ok first things first, I am not allied with Blacktower, if this is about the ship he stole don't plan on any resistance from my forces, just protecting my miltary's constuction of vehicles and weapons. I haven't even tried to attack you or declard myself an enemy. So will you let me at least purchase if your done with the funding, we believe in technology and easily give money to help productions, if you were truely an enemy why would I just GIVE you money or pay you for arms if I had any intentions of fighting back against a nation that is.....about 100 times larger then mine.

Since I have extracated myself from the conflict with Blacktower, i see no reason to exlude you, however we do not really need any help as the tank is about to enter production already. We shall see about production rights.

Thak you for offering assistance producing the T-2 Savage, but Phoenix Dynamix maintinas large factorys in 5 diffrent countries and we do not really have a need for help in producing them. If you are intrested we could build a facility in your nation, as long as taxes aren't too high.

Excellent, I am very pleased to see such a response. The information requested is as follows:

Budget: Not past Eight-Hundred Billion, if past that then up to One Trillion.
Minimum Requirements: No Super-Heavy Juggernought chassis, please. At least one Cannon, and two secondary cannons. Engine must be close to a Hydrogen Fuel-Cell grade, if not that then the latest Engine, and latest Armor. Everything must be latest, to a point.
General Mission: Main Battle Tank, Heavu Battle Tank. Defense/Offense capability for ground, defense if possible for air. Be imaginitive.

once TPM forces are issued the new tank public sale will be allowed. we expect to fully equip the army within 1 year and then the tank will be sold. (in1 rl day)

The T-3 Warrior main battle tank was built as a custom order for Anagonia and is a typical Phoenix Dynamix design. It uses the same carbon composite encased depleted uranium armor as the T-1 and T-2. The side skirts (optional) of the treads are made of high density carbon composite, and are designed to blow outwards if impacted by a RPG or other muniton. Armor bulkheads separate the NBC protected crew compartment from the fuel tanks as usual. The top panels of the tank are also designed to blow outwards in the event of penetration by a HEAT projectile. Standard armament is one 128mm, 55 caliber smooth bore main cannon and there is enough room for 65 assorted rounds (DU, HEAT, SABOT, STAFF rounds and TOW-2 anti-tank missiles) A smoke screen can be laid by an engine operated system.
There are 8 HOT Mk4 Anti-tank missiles and 24 m261 2.75 inch hydra rockets. For defense thee are also 12 stingers mounted on the back of the turret, behind the commander's station.The commander sits in a standard control station with a 15.mm machine gun(can be used against aircraft if req.) on a skate mount, and d he can operate therockets, missiles, the stingers , and desiginate targets for the main gun by using the CITV system. The Commander's Independent Thermal Viewer (CITV) provides the commander with independent stabilised day and night vision with a 360 degree view, automatic sector scanning, automatic target queueing of the gunner's sight and back-up fire control. There is one coaxial 7.62mm M-240B machinegun that can be operated by the gunner.
