The night was warm, almost too warm for tactical gear, The Arch Chancellor would be giving his monthly adress to the citizenry in five minutes.
"What do you think Ares is doing right now?"
"Waiting."
Ares lowered himself in to the Arch Chancellors quarters.
"Too easy."
He decided to remove his mask. He woud be a true angel of death, his target would know his name and in dying thoughts curse him. He would know why, because it was a credo to let actions be guided by purpose and consequenses beared in the open as triumphant scars of battle.
The team moved up to the vantage point where the Confederate Guard held vigil over the address. They crept up silently behind the guardsmen, in seconds all lye on the ground. They were dressed in stolen uniforms, and waved across to the other vantage point. "Theyr'e guarding everywhere but under their noses."
The Arch-Chancellor finshed his address and retired to his quarters. He walked in and turned on the light. He sat down at his desk and lit a Cuban. Then Ares appeared. The Arch Chancellor stood up. "I would not leave if I were you," Ares replied, "I have snipers posted outside."
"Where?"
"That's the fun part, they overtook a vantage point, they are dressed in Guard uniform, they could be anywhere you had guards posted."
"You won't get away with this, they will know you did it."
"I planned on everyone knowing who carried this out. I have purpose in my action, you will be an example of what happens when the weak are put into power."
The Arch Chancellor went for his gun. He was too slow, they were always too slow. The knife was buried in his stomach, then Ares began to cut up, sarakupo style.
"I suggest you think about your life, it will end when you finish bleeding out."

I am most sorry for your nation's loss. Surely it is a worse thing to lose a leader than it is to lose a war.

However, when you say these "Zealots of Chaos" operate only within your borders, I think perhaps you are mistaken. Recently, the Serene Ruler of Mu-king, Lu Ao-tiao, was assassinated. Although different methods were used (gun and not knife), I suspect that the same group was responsible. Thus, I propose we have an alliance to stop these most wicked anarchists within our borders.

We have moved the capital to a secure installation, we suggest you do the same. Their general purpose, or original purpose rather, was that they felt that Parliament was not acting aggressive enough towards making the Greater Islands a world player. We also discovered some members of the Confederate Guard murdered, we feel it is connected to the assasination as well.

*Ares enters the bunker*
"Any word on the assasination in Mu-King."
"Executed flawlessly." Laughing at the pun.
Ares heads to his personal quarters, then imerges again in a business suit. Walking over to the table where the rest of Zealot heads are seated, he unveils a box of Cubans.
"These are a gift from the Arch Chancellor. What is the situation with the capital?"
"They have moved it about thirty miles outside the city, to Fort Myer."
"Can we get anyone inside?"
"Already ahead of you. One is posted as a Confederate Guard, the other as Senator l'Harre's personal guard. We expect to have at least a dozen more within the week, once they start transferring units to up the security. That will put an active cell within the perimeter, should make things easy."
"Nothing about this next mark will be easy. Anything else."
"Yes. They applied to the Ottoman Empire for temporary stewardship."
"And?"
"It was granted."

The brown paper flapped in the wind. Black ink was smudged on it and you could make out the words, "Ares Guerre: Dead or Alive."

Yason Ork, bounter hunter extraordinaire, ripped the paper from where it was nailed. He read it until he came to the last line: "Reward: 50,000 rallods/300,000 mus." Yason smiled. He was going to like this.

Senator l'Harre enteres the bunker that had become the Parliament headquarters.
"Does anyone know where Chancellor Argent is?"
Another Senator spoke up, "He said we were not only crazy, but "really asking for it" by moving the entire government to an area smaller than a beef farm. He is in contact, though his location is not known. Would you like me to contact him?"
"No."
"Yes sir."
The entire base was in a ruckus. Military personnel moving from here to there, vehicles refueling and being serviced. Just because the government had relocated here did not change the fact that this was the most important missle base in the Confederation. On top of that, there were more people on their way in. One division of the Confederate Gaurd and two divisions of army regulars. They already had to shut down one missle plant to make makeshift barracks, how many more would have to go on pause?
*In the Kommandant's office*
The Kommandant was yelling at one of his captains about the entire situation. "It was just one goddamn official, not like they blew up the goddamn parliament building. Why did they have to move the whole goddamn govedrnment to my base? Do they not goddamn realize that them moving hear and overeacting to one goddamn domestic incident is going to compromise security on the goddamn international scene. And this stewardship bullshit, what the fuck is that all about. I tell you what, I just about side with that Ares motherfucker. Parliament is full of goddamn pussies, the chancellor refuses to stay here. And to think them sons of bitches served in the military, you would think that it would goddamn harden 'em up a bit."
"Permission to speak freely sir."
"Granted."
"It should not last to long, sir. They are just reeling, within a week everything will be normal."
*meanwhile outside the Parliamentary bunker*
Senator Allez lit his cigarette. "To think those sons of bitches still passed stewardship even after me, Chair of Domestic Affairs, voted against it. If they are just going to go against me what the fuck are they wasting taxpayers money to pay me for? Assholes. I hope somebody fucking ghosts 'em, especially l'Harre, that fucking pussy."

"Good news Ares," said a man form the shadows, "we got a roster of all of our men inside Ft. Myer. The grand total comes to thirty-six operatives, and over half are in Confederate Gaurd units."
"I thought you said if we were lucky we would only get in a dozen."
"That is what our first estimates told us, but they were in such a rush to up the security that scanning protocol was laxed, I guess we gave them too much credit."
"Hmpf."
"That is not all, we manged to get a recordings of the Komandant and the Chair of Defence showing more than mild discontent."
The man plays the recordings.
"Interesting. How did you get these?"
"We bugged the Komandant's office, and in addition to that, all of our operatives where wires. When are you going to play your hand?"
"How did you bug the Komandant's office?"
"We did it year's ago, before Ft. Myer was a missle base. We got enough dirt on this guy and every other Komandant to bury them in a grave. So what are we going to do?"
"We will wait, no sense blowing cover."

"The Kamandant is staging a coup, he has already contacted some other high ranking officials to get support. Shall we support him?"
"We put these events in motion, our job is finished. However, should he need our support we shall emerge again."
"What of our operatives?"
"Give them the green light to the executions of l"Harre, Allez, Poision,and any others within convience. This will force Parliament to declare Martial Law and give the military, and namely our Komandant, more power."
