The Grand Duchy of Apollina wishes to train up airmen and pilots that will form the core of a new and modernized air force in Apollina. We ask nations if they have any training jets that they wish to sell to us to enable us to begin training up our new air force. Thank you.

The Caldaron Soviet Air Force trains in TF-53s which are retired fightercraft that are no longer used in combat operations. The CSAF has plenty of them to sell off, they are single engine with VTOL capability and can arm a typical compliment of weapons. Brand new they cost Caldaron 14 million krens, but we sell them internationally for half that.
CSAF will ship them to their destination in a CSAF Airship.
After assessing(sp?) your needs, we are prepared to offer you our former trainer fleet, that is now obselete after the aquisition of new trainer aircraft.
400 AlphaJet Advanced Weapon Air Force Trainer
400 T-45 Goshawk Naval Fighter Trainer
15 C-130T Hercules Cargo Trainer
We can arrange payment at a later date.

We thank both Caldaron and Demidia for thier offers, we should have stated our needs in the original communication. We require one or two squadrons of attack or naval fighter/bombers and up to 8 heavy bombers/transport aircraft. More than this would simply be an overspend, with many squadrons of planes sitting idle for decades to come.

The Caldaron Soviet Navy also used the TF-53, but all of those were sent to the CSAF. However, all TF-53s were and still are outfitted to work under carrier based flight operations.
As for transports/bombers, the CSAF has a squadron of TB-9s that were used in the Lysandoria Conquest, they are effective dedicated bombers and are armored heavily for their size. As for transports, the civilian version of the TB-9, the CT-17, should be sufficient, small enough to land on a carrier, but large enough to carry a platoon. TB-9s and CT-17s are both also VTOL aircraft (think V-22 Osprey, TF-53s are more like the F-35)

We would like to know how much 2 squadrons of TF-53s would cost, however we would prefer more conventional aircraft to train or bomber and cargo pilots (eg Tu-160 and C-130 Hercules).

The Air Marshall (CSAF Commandant) will authorize them for 12 million Dakars (small economy adjustment if you don't mind) each since it is a bulk discount. The 24 TF-53s from the CSAF Unit Reserve at Verdin AFB are being readied and overhauled as this message is being sent.
OOC: CSAF Squadrons run in strengthes of 9 with 3 reserve aircraft, so 12 per times 2 and that is how I got 24. If you prefer a different number, we can make the adjustment.
If you still need, check my storefront [In signature].
There's one training fighter.
To be more speficic [SP?]; British Aerospace Hawk Mk 51.
Now I'm going to sleep. Good night all.

OOC - I use squadrons of 12 so it is ok.

Apollinan Defence officials have decided to use the TF-53 for training, as they serve a duel purpose as naval and regular aviation training. Apollina are preparing to wire $288,000,000 upon confirmation.

The Soviet Exchequor has approved the transaction. The CSAF will deliver your TF-53s to the destination of your choosing aboard the CSA Arcadia ASN-27 (Nuclear powered Airship).
Give us around an NS week to get them to you.

We thank Caldaron for this transaction. Your airship can land at one of our airfields about 15 miles out of Apollina City. Coordinates ***-***-***.
