Today, Emperor Foxx Duman, leader of The Arctic Badlands & the entire Duman Empire, made a public announcement announcing his retirement. At the age of 62, he has been suffering various health problems for the last few years. There has been much speculation during the past few years that he would step down from power.
Foxx made the following statement: "After 28 long years, I am finally stepping down from power. I hereby denounce my authority as Emperor of the Duman Empire. As I slowly get older, my health is dying. I no longer feel fit to run this empire. My reign shall offically end starting November 7."
The name of Foxx's successor has yet to be named. Already, many rumors have risen about who it may be.
