African Commonwealth

After pressure from the newly elected democratic government, the African Commonwealth Air Force(hereafter ACAF) has de-classified many of its next-generation air-launched missiles and munitions.
Air-to-Ground cruise missiles
Following several conflicts that exposed the ACAF's vulnerability to air-launched cruise missiles, new missiles were designed along with the upgrades to air defense. Having a great base of rocketry experts to draw on, the "Zulu Warrior" Rocketry special division project of the Commonwealth Armed Forces has designed a wide variety of advanced cruise missiles.
CAS-8 stand-off air to surface precision missile
Multi-stage high explosive as default warhead.
The CAS-8 is a long range stand-off weapon designed to let fighters and bombers destroy a multitude of important tactical objectives. Fully programmable ballistic maneuverbility allow the CAS-8 to target objects no larger than, for example, a car window or building ventilation shaft. In case no programming is available, it has the capability for autonomous combat operation employing GPS/GLONASS and operation of several IIR or inertial seekers to home in on viable targets. Once achieving lock-on, it can then deliver a variety of warheads with nigh-perfect precision.
The default warhead is a multi-stage penetrator warhead, employing a shaped energy penetration charge combined with a greater explosive charge fused to explode once the inital charge has defeated the outer protection of the target, be it bunker armour or an earth wall. Ideal for hard target penetration, the CAS-8 remain a warhead of choice for ACAF strike commanders.
Warhead variants:
CAS-8a Combined Cluster Warhead. Utilizing a CBU-like bomblet combination of anti-personnel fragmentation shell, uranium anti-tank charges and incendiary munition, suited for wide-area destruction of infantry and lightly armoured combat vehicles.
CAS-8b Anti-Radar Warhead. Employing a primary 'dirty charge' of magnetic fragments, the CAS-8b can effectively render a radar site inoperative. Also contains a sizable HEDP charge to kill nearby personnel.
Specs:
Length: 180 inches
Diameter: 21 inches
Weight: 2185lb
Warhead mass: All variants: 1000lb, conventional.
Guidance: Data, GPS(alt. GLONASS) IIR, TV.
Range: 320 kilometers.
CAS-12a 'Spectre' Stealth Precision Stand-Off Missile
Combined high-explosive as default warhead.
Obeying a directive from the ACAF high command, Zulu Warrior Rocketry has designed the low-profile stealth stand-off weapon 'Spectre' to defeat all-important strategic targets well protected by radar and SAM installations. Following a flexible and extensive programming regimen(without planning end mission-environment data processed at the air force command before fire, the missile is useless, depending on intelligence regarding the terrain and target it will be used with), the missiles path will ensure maximum survivability given opposing force conditions, and then dispose of it's casing to use advanced IIR imaging for homing in on it's target.
In the event of the CAS-12as computer not being able to identify the target, strike commanders have the option of letting it detonate in mid-flight or in a pre-planned remote location, to reduce possibility of destroying friendly or civilian targets. The CAS-12a 'Spectre employs the same warhead configurations as the CAS-8, only with the combined cluster variant designated CAS-12ba, and the anti-radar variant designed CAS-12ar.
Specs:
Length: 162 inches
Diameter: 24 inches
Weight: 2280lb
Warhead mass: All variants: 1000lb, conventional.
Guidance: Data, GPS(alt. GLONASS) I, IIR.
Range: 650 kilometers.
CAS-12A2 "Eagle Spectre" Extended Range Spectre
Combined high-explosive as default warhead.
The spectacular performance of the 'Spectre' stealthy cruise missile has prompted Zulu Warrior to create a long range version to challenge the limits of the Spectres capabilities. Designed to travel exceedingly stealthily to defeat targets in excess of kilometers, the aptly named Eagle Spectre is an expensive but worthwhile weapon to use in the special event that CAS-8 and CAS-12 cannot reach an important objective.
Specs:
Length: 200 inches
Diameter: 24 inches
Weight: 3000lb
Warhead mass: All variants: 1000lb.
Guidance: Data, GPS(alt. GLONASS) I, IIR.
Range: In excess of 1400 kilometers.

Munitions to come, in the order they are de-classified in..
OOC: Many more to come. Mostly for those involved in air force combat with me, or the fluff hungry munition peeps...
