We have no allies, and no backing, and now you threaten the nation of Fruity Loops, no matter how goddamn horrible they are, with way!?" face red, the Minister of Foreign Affairs sat down.
The President waited, but the tension only thickened, so he stood up, the motion of his body fanned fresh air upon the Ministers collected around the table. "Perhaps," he said, "you would have preferred us to keep our alliances, and to remain hypocrits and worthless bastards. But no more," he replied calmly. "We shall 'fight for righteousness' and if other nations cannot see good, then we shall fight until the bloody end."
"Then sir, our weapons policy must change," interjected the Minister of Defense. "Sir, we it is imperative that we increase our stockpiles of nuclear weapons. Unilateralism requires proliferation. We must build more nuclear warheads, fifteen hundred is not enough."
"'Tis true, Mr. President. Even I will concede that," added our pale skinned Minister of the Interior. "And doubtless, our citizens have been calling for such actions in recent times."
"I'll not have it!"
"Sit down Samantha." The Minister of Foreign Affairs obeyed, if not stiffly. "We will then, it seems, buy nuclear warheads. Derrick," the President turned his head towards the Minister of Defense, "you'll have your secretary type of a memo, yes? We are now on the market, but let others come to us, we shall see, we shall see..."

The Militaristic Democracy of Grenval hereby declares its intention to seek and own weapons of mass destruction, most specifically nuclear warheads. The warheads will be evaluated for range and capability. Grenval seeks warheads capable to be outfitted to both Inter-Continental-Balistic-Missiles and to encasements dropped from planes and the like.
